good location, perfect time

  Perfectly located, within 5 min to Palais Royal and Louvre museum. The aparment is small but clean, and you have everything you need for a short stay. It's worth the money.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, hübsch eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist perfekt und ich kann diese Unterkunft jedenfalls weiterempfehlen!

  The fact that there is not a lift is not an issue for me at all but if you do not feel you can cope with 101 stairs then this may not be for you. The apartment is cosy but has everything you need. It was very clean and well furnished. The sofa bed suits only one but is really comfortable. The double... bed is good too. The location is excellent and right in the heart of everything. I was going for an apartment that is in the Parisian 'style' and this is what I got. J. was more than helpful and was genuinely happy to meet you and have you there.

  Ottimo appartamento e ottima posizione, molto centrale. Proprio per questo motivo però i negozi e i supermercati nella zona sono un po' cari, ma per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti e i mezzi pubblici l'appartamento perfetto! Unico vero problema: il water separato dal resto del bagno e messo in una ...specie di stanzino nel salone. Per andare alla toilette di notte si rischiava di svegliare chi dormiva nel divano letto.

  Great little apartment that was perfect for three of us. The 100-odd steps are a good climb to the apartment but the location of the place is perfect. Very clean and J. is extremely helpful and accomodating. Would definitley go back. If you want a nice apartment in the centre of Paris, close to all the touristy places - this is the place to stay.

  Location is very central but isn't as close to a subway as I'd like. The neighborhood is kinda busy. To visit different parts of the city you'll need to use the subway most days anyway. So a location that is less central to the city but closer to a main subway hub is better. Contact person was ...kind and spoke English well. I wasn't able to get in the apartment at the time we arranged and had to wait a few hours. Not a problem but it was a bit of a surprise. There is not a telephone. You'll have to bring a cell. The owner kindly let me use her phone when I needed it. We took good care of the place and got back our full deposit. We had an early departing flight so the owner even returned the full deposit before our last day there.  

  Quizás para ponerle un punto a mejorar, sería el hecho de no tener ascensor. Pero la perfección no existe en este mundo.

  the appartment seemed bigger on the photos, it was quite small, and there were not enough towels. otherwise it was ok. i find this internet company generally good. It was my third time to use this sevice. I would recomend it, but do choose your accomodation carefully. Kind regards M Moonen

  Excelente. Lo unico malo es que no tiene ascensor. La propietaria muy gentil y para 4 personas estuvo excelente. Volveria a alquilarlo. el servicio de all paris apartments excelente. El contacto con propietaria estupenda.

  Everything was ok. Super location- really close to most worth to seen places. In surrounding super market and restaurants with excellent Japanese food. Owner was also nice and helpful. We get everything what we needed. There are only quite a lot of stairs to walk- but we knew it before.

  We were 3 hrs later than expected to meet owner for keys and she was very understanding and accommodating. We were disappointed that we couldn't get WiFi or air conditioning to work but never followed this up while there. Although the apartmentment was quite small for 4 people it's location made up ...for any minor negatives. We could walk to the Louvre, transport and restaurants.

  La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite. Et malgré qu'il soit au coeur de Paris, le quartier est très calme. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. Nous avons eu recours 3 fois à vos services et avons été très satisfait à chaque fois.

  We had a wonderful stay! The flat is right in the heart of Paris, you can easily walk to the Louvre, to the banks of the Seine, to the Opera and La galerie la Fayette, in short you have everything you need around you. The Hard Rock Cafè is about 600 m far from the house just following Rue Vivienne.... At 5 minutes walk you have the metro hub Pyramides which is connected to Chatelet which is a perfect changing point, there you can find almost every connection to all the metro lines of Paris! The metro hub Bourse is even closer to the flat but not as well connected!! I would just recommend not to underestimate the 101 steps up to the flat! you have no lift and climbing up and down sometimes was very tiring especially when we had already climbed up the Tour Effeil or the Arc de Triomphe!! I suggest to go to the supermarket MONOPRIX for your shopping as it is very close to the house on Avenue de l'Operà and quite cheap. The flat will have EVERYTHING you need including a vacuum cleaner, an iron with the ironing board, toaster, washing machine and dish washer, fan, air conditioner, electrical adapter, electrical whips and much more!! Justine is very nice and we got our full deposit back! You will love this flat, just go for it do not hesitate!!! 100% guaranteed! PS: the WC is separated in a small room which looks like a closet and it's not very comfortable, this might be the only drawback!! We found the service of the company generally satisfying and we had no problems with the transactions and the stay! 

  Das WC war sozusagen im Wandschrank untergebracht, für große und füllige Personen, wäre dies ein Problem, man sollte es erwähnen. Sonst war alles gut und die Kontaktperson sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nette Tage im schönsten Viertel von Paris

  La dueña del Departamento (J.S.) me llamó diciendo que el trato era entre ella y yo (????)por 610 Euros y que no había recibido el abono (pago) de 100 Euros (descontados por ustedes) de mi tarjeta de crédito. Tuve que pagarle los 100 Euros nuevamente. Obviamente por dicho valor no voy a iniciar... una acción legal, pero he perdido toda confianza en el sistema y les sugiero un control de calidad.

  Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem historischen Haus, beste Lage mit Blick über die Dächer, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin... unbedingt empfehlenswert.

  Layout oft the apartment was good except the location of the WC which was in a tiny closet right beside the dining table! However, the rest was charming, but could have been cleaner. The location however made totally up for it.

  9/10 un tres bon appartement, bien place, bien equipe, un bon acceuil et a proximite de tout, tres bon quartier.

  Perfekte Wohnung in idealer Lage. Alles wie im Internet beschrieben und kein Grund zur Klage.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden, trotz Schrank-Klo. Für uns drei Frauen war die kleine Wohnung der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere Entdeckungstouren.

  Ausstattung und Lage waren Spitze. Typisches und gemütliches Apartment. Bisschen Staub war da, aber sonst alles Prima. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ein bisschen hektisch.

  4 flight of stairs .. and these are very spaced out and steep .. after a days walking around Paris going up or down these steps was a nightmare especially with 3 young children, also the toilet is very cramped .. there are no Curtains but a motorized shutter sort of blind , supplies especially ...toilet roll was lacking, if I am renting a self catering accommodation ( and I have rented quite a few of them ) I would expect Toilet rolls and some kind of soap.. these alas were Not provided and caused a huge discomfort. 

  L'appartamento non era molto pulito, soprattutto il bagno.In merito alla persona di contatto abbiamo dovuto aspettarla per piú di un'ora per entrare nell'appartamento. Ubicazione perfetta, centralissimo.

  Sicuramente la casa era in una strada strategica per il motivo della mia visita a Parigi,per quanto riguarda la struttura ero consapevole,dai giudizi, di quanto avrei visto: il wc diviso dalla toeletta e' grande 70x100circa, in bagno ti muovi urtando i gomiti , Si dorme su un divano letto,la tv ha ...solo due canali francesi( se funziona). Quel che e ' peggio e' arrivare farsi il letto ,pulire la casa perche' c'e' polvere ovunque e tt devi gettare anche il sacchetto della pattumiera. Abbiamo saldato il conto al nostro arrivo rigorosamente in contanti,senza alcuna ricevuta di pagamento effettuato.Siamo andati via senza rivedere nessuno,lasciando le chiavi su un tavolino e chiudendoci dietro la porta.Non ci ritornerei piu'

  Cosy, clean and completely charming! The welcome was lovely. We felt at home right away. The views over the rooftops was so wonderful to look out on. Clean and homely, we couldn't fault it at all. Central, and in very nice area, everything on your doorstep. A beautiful apartment, and a fantastic stay. Thank you so much! We can't wait to visit again.

  Very good location, extremly close to Louvre and Rue St. Anne (with some very fine japanese restaurants). Rooms are somewhat smaller then you would expect from the fotographs on the website, check square-meters listed. Everything was fully working and clean. Only negative point was that the rooms were not ready when we arrived at 18:30 with two children.

  Die Wohnung war wie wir sie uns vorgestellt hatten, sehr aufgeräumt und perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

  I have to say this was a beautiful little apartment. All the mod cons, a gorgeous living room with lovely leather reclining chairs. The location was as good as it gets really with less than a 5 minute walk to the Louvre. It really made our trip and i will never again stay in a hotel in Paris. The ...freedom to come and go, shop for your own breakfast and sip wine late at night with the windows open while the radio played old and new French music was all part of the non hotel experience. The loo was small but sure who cares!! Very highly recommended. 

  Being that our stay was during summer months, it was disappointing that the air-conditioner didn't work - all we had was a small table-top fan in one of the rooms. The bathroom and toilet were very small and would be very constricting for a larger person. Also you would need to be very fit as there... are 98 uneven winding steps to get to the apartment on the top floor. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

  The owner was friendly and very welcoming, and the location is brilliant! Walking distance to almost everything - you are across the street from the Palais Royal gardens, and very short walk from the Louvre! It's also within walking distance from Musée d'Orsay, Notre Dame and Centre George ...Pompidou. The apartment is small but comfortable - there were 3 of us. We got fit by walking the 4 flights of stairs - the building is beautifully old and the apartment is cosy but airy … would definitely stay here again. 

  The location is excellent, a 10 minute stroll to the louvre pyramid through the lovely palais royal gardens. Some great bistros nearby such as vivienne and victoire and lots of excellent japanese restaurants. 15 minute walk from the pompidou and opera with great access to metro and bus services. ...The apartment is on the top floor so not ideal for young children or people with reduced mobility, but the upside is that it's quiet and has views over the rooftops. The apartment is compact but well arranged and the four of us (2 children aged 6 and 8) fitted comfortably. The shower is good and kitchen has all you need for a short break. All in all a great apartment which we'd happily return to.

  Fabulous location! Stayed here for 3 days with boys 9 and 11. Apartment is small but well designed and appointed, we were very comfortable. Justine was very accommodating and even provided a list of helpful stops nearby. Would definitely recommend to others.

  The apartment is cozy, quiet, and neat. We felt very much at home during whole our four nights stay.
