  Très joli studio en excellent état, très bien équipé (le propriétaire a vraiment pensé à tout) , dans un quartier animé mais au calme sans bruit de rue. A recommender!

  Small but excellent apartment, clean and modern interior, big TV and wifi. The contact person is very friendly, helpful and speaks English. Nice area, supermarket and cafe's are close, the street is nice and not so noisy. It was warm in the apartment since it was HOT in Paris. The apartment is on ...the 3rd floor. All in all I can recommend it. Good value for money. 

  We had a wonderful time in this modern decorated apartment. The room is somewhat small but well equiped. You have to climb 3 stairs, no elevator avalaible. The 10th arrondissement is close to Gare du Nord. With the velib you can discover all of Paris within 30 min by bike from the appartment. ...Perfect for a cosy, romantic weekend in Paris. Highly recommended, the owner is very helpful.

  Fue una estancia inolvidable. Es un apartamento pequeño, que es lo que buscábamos, muy acogedor, limpio y muy nuevo. El contacto estuvo a nuestra disposición para cualquier duda y la situación, sin llegar a estar en pleno centro, estaba a dos paradas del mismo, asi que, muy bien. Sólo esperamos poder repetir pronto.

  Alles verliep uiterst soepel en prettig. Appartement was heel uitstekend qua ligging; middenin hippe, leuke wijk met veel jonge mensen en goed bereikbaar. Het was heel prettig tussen de fransen te wonen. Buiten meteen allerlei restaurantjes, de een nog leuker dan de ander. Goede voorzieningen zoals ...WiFi, satelliet flatsquare TV, telefoon met gratis verbinding naar vaste toestellen in bijna heel de wereld! 

  Le plus : studio très mignon, tout neuf, lit confortable, internet, téléphone%u2026 tout qu'il faut. Le moins: 3ème étage sans ascenseur, et l%u2019eau chaude finissait rapidement

  Wir waren mit dem Apartment zufrieden, es war sauber und modern eingerichtet, auch in der kleinen Küche fehlte nichts. Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Wasser, da die Regelung nicht funktionierte, aber dies wird behoben hat man uns gesagt. Die Lage der Wohnung war super, nur leider war es im Haus ...etwas hellhörig. Chris, die Kontaktperson, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und glücklicherweise spricht er Englisch. Er war nett und hat uns alles erklärt und hat uns bei Fragen immer weitergeholfen! Danke Chris

  El alojamiento es perfecto para lo que buscábamos,solo a tres paradas del centro en metro. Muy contentos con todo,con la persona de contacto,y con todo en general,hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas.

  Sehr schön in der Nähe vom Canal St. Martin gelegenes Appartement. Sehr klein aber extrem gut konzipierte Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung. Kleine Mängel, da Internet und TV nicht funktionsfähig und die Eingangstür schwergängig, aber dies hat den guten Eindruck nicht getrübt. Alles sehr ...problemlos. Danke. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch da Kontaktperson sehr freundlich.

  Pequeño estudio, cerca del Canal Saint Martin y Republique, fantástico para pequeñas estancias. Quizás un poco ruidoso pero fue algo tampoco demasiado importante.

  Im Prinzip war alles wie beschrieben. Die Fotos sagen eigentlich alles aus. Nur das SAT-TV stimmt für deutsche Stadtbesucher nicht ganz, da der einzige "deutsch-sprachige" Sender Arte ist. Wir hatten aber soweiso keine Zeit zum Fernseh schauen. Es gibt eine Kochplatte (mobiles Ceranfeld) in der ...kleinen Kochecke. Da die Spühle die ein Hälfte einnimmt, ist es doch recht schwierig zu kochen. Ansonsten waren wir äußerst zufrieden. Es war sauber, zweckmäßig sehr gut ausgestattet und keine 8min von der Metro-Station Repulique entfernt. Auch ein sehr netter Kontakt der uns 2h früher als geplant in das Appartment reingelassen hat. Dass Bett / die Matratze ist übrigens auch sehr gut (kein bisschen durchgelegen). Telefonieren kann im druch halb europa völlig kostenlos. Die Internet Verbindung hat auch tadellos mit wlan funktioniert. Wenn man aufs deutsche Fernsehen verzichten kann ist meine Weiteremfehlung bei 100%! 

  Wohung ist genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

  In the 10th so a bit away from the city centre, but very convenient for Gare du Nord (<10 mins walk) and a nice quiet neighbourhood. A pleasant flat with very good facilities

  The apartment was just what we expected. It's a very well done renovation. Small but it has everyone 1 or 2 people would need. Also walking distance to great cafes/restaurants and metro. All-Paris-Apartments.com is easy to navigate. You can do a booking very quickly and read user reviews to guide your choice.

  The apartment was really pretty/high quality, very efficient use of space, great bathroom/shower. We had lots of fun strolling the neighboorhood with all its neat little restaurants and bars. Its is also rather close to the train stations which is a huge plus if you travel with lots of suitcases. We very much enjoyed our stay!

  The accomodation was good. Nice appartment. Good shower. Noisy neighbours though. No Street noise. Location was perfect. Close enough to the metro, far away from the Paris hussle and bussle. Perfect cafe, next to the appartment. Good food. Tv was poor, all kinds of useless channels, but then again we did not came to Paris for the TV.

  Small but stylishly furbished studio close to Canal St Martin. Unpretentious quartier but with several nice bars and brasseries. A 10 min walk from Gare de l'Est, 15 from Gare du Nord. Owner sympathetic and helpful. Recommended for a quiet weekend break!

  The accommodation was exactly as the pictures on the website. The apartment was clean, well layed out with lots of drawers & closet space to hang up clothes. Although, the bathroom was not a separate room, it was well thought out in its design, had a great shower, although hot water in morning was ...only available for approximately 10 minutes. Did not hear alot of street noise, though could hear other tenants in their apartments. The location was excellent. There were lots of cafes & a small grocery store within walking distance. Christophe, the owner was very accommodating & met us on time at start of rental process & the day we were checking out.

  The studio/apartment is located in a very nice area. A tourist here is hard to find. The subway is very close and with the bicycle every part of the city is within reach. The studio is well equipped, kitchen is a big word: you need to eat out, well it's Paris so that's a pleasure. Nice bed, perfect ...shower and a nice owner and neighbour. This place comes definitely recommended.

  I appreciated E's help and friendliness enormously - she made sure that I knew where everything was, how everything worked and took time to do this. I have one suggestion to improve the accommodation in the apartment - darker curtains to block early morning light. The existing blinds are too light and do not block out any light at all.

  We spent a few days at this apartment with a 10 month old. It was not ideal for a crawling baby and it had no lift. Apart from that there a few nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket very close. The cambodian restaurant nearby and the food is amazing. Location is good metro stations close by. Overall our visit was enjoyable.

  Mucho ruido de algunos vecinos del edificio en las noches, debido a que teniamos que dormir con ventanas abiertas por el calor; en mi opinión el apartamento necesita aire acondicionado, al menos en el verano, el resto esta bien.

  Excellent apartment... this was very simple to organise and the key collection was simple (we were late due to transport but this wasnt a problem). The apartment contact was kind/friendly/informative and we had a great stay in Paris.

  l'appartamento è piccolo ma perfetto per soggiorni brevi. la zona dove è situato è graziosa con localini ed un bel canale (saint martin). la metro è vicina e c'è un piccolo supermercato a soli 2 passi. l'appartamento è al terzo piano (un po scomodo con valigie pesanti e passeggino) senza ascensore. comunque lo consiglio!

  Etwas zu klein, aber ganz ok. Es wirkt auf der Webseite grösser. Selber kochen würde ich in diesem Appartement nicht unbedingt empfehlen.

  El alojamiento cubrió nuestras expectativas. Limpio, bien ubicado, cómodo... La persona de contacto muy agradable incluso habla un poco de castellano. Al principio fue un poco difícil ponernos en contacto con ellos pero luego fue todo rodado.

  Apartamento precioso, pequeño pero con todo lo necesario, bien situado en un barrio muy bonito. La chica que nos recibió fue muy agradable (incluso a pesar de que habíamos tenido retraso con el tren desde el aeropuerto y le habíamos hecho esperar), y hablaba francés, inglés y algo de ...castellano. Tuvimos una estancia estupenda, muy recomendable.

Sauberes, adrettes 1 Zimmer Appartment mit 2 großen Fenstern zum Innenhof. Parkett, W-Lan, gut ausgestattete Mini-Küche. Nespresso ...Kaffeemaschine mit kostenfreien Kapseln. Sehr gute Matratze. Metrostation auf 5 min. Laufabstand. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder.

  C. war wirklich sehr sehr nett. Die Wohnung an sich ist auch absolut tadellos. Das einzige, was wirklich stört, ist, dass das Gebäude äußerst hellhörig ist und die Nachbarn ab und zu bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert haben.

  Compleet appartment op 25 m2 knap gedaan, hoog afwerkingsniveau. Heerlijk om zelf een kop thee of lekkere nespresso te maken. Goede douche. Alleen het matras was wat hard.

  My girlfriend and me have stayed in this appartment at the end of february 2014. Altough the appartment is small it does not really feel so. Everything is there and you dont feel cramped up or anything. Besides, we explored the city most of the time.Dropoff of the keys went exactly as planned and ...everything went smoothly. On Monday we got our bail back without any fuss (like it should be when everything is fine).The neighborhood is really nice. We came by train (Gard du nord) from there it was a 15-20 minutes walk to the apartment. It is a very dynamic area with a lot off nice restaurants.Big subway station is closeby (la republique). If you dont mind walking you can walk straight to the seine, which is a walk of about 25 minutes. 

  This apartment is beautiful, what you see is what you get, and more! The area is great with restaurants, bars, shopping all very close by and other places are easily reached by the metro which is a nice and simple 5 minute walk from the apartment. One of the best Paris experiences I have had, unforgettable.

  Die Wohnung ist super gelegen - man ist nicht auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angewiesen. Viele Lokale und sehr nette Geschäfte sind in der Nähe.Die Wohnung ist an sich absolut okay - nett eingerichtet, klein aber fein, das Badezimmer/Toilette bringt allerdings null Privatsphäre mit sich, ...die Küche ist sehr klein (nur 1 Kochplatte) und sehr bescheiden ausgestattet. Sehr unangenehm war, dass das Bett nicht frisch bezogen war und die Pfannen/Teller und Besteck nicht sauber abgewaschen waren. Eine 2. Garnitur Bettwäsche war vorhanden und auch genug Spülmittel - trotzdem absolutes no-go.

  Einzimmerappartement, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Küchenecke sehr klein und zum Kochen nur bedingt geeignet. Bett und Matratze sehr gut. Nur für Paare geeignet, da Abtrennung zum Badbereich aus Glas. Sehr netter Kontakt, gerne wieder.

  El estudio es agradable, limpio, coqueto y suficiente a todos los niveles. Está perfectamente dotado para una estancia de una semana. La cocina está dotada para desayunar y cenar de forma frugal, no para hacer grandes cenas o comidas (nosotros no lo pretendíamos, por lo tanto genial). El ...administrador: impecable y muy amable y dispuesto. El barrio es encantador; fuera de la zona de influencia turística, con mucha vida de barrio (diurna y nocturna) y muy bien comunicado por metro. En esencia, porque todas las incertidumbres que generan este tipo de transacciones, se disiparon. Justo antes del viaje, aclaramos varias cosas pendientes con C (el administrador) por e.mail, y una vez allí, todo lo que parecía estar en el aire cristalizó de acuerdo con lo previsto sin ningún tipo de sorpresa.

  Modernes Studio, tolles Bett, tolle, grosse Dusche, tolle Lichter, sauber, gut gelegen in lebendigem Quartier, An- und Abreise inkl. Schlüsselübergabe bestens geklappt, sehr kleine, praktische Küche mit Mikrowelle, Nespresso-Maschine und Kühlschrank. Einziger Wermutstropfen: halbdurchsichtige ...Rollos und keine blickdichten Vorhänge, weshalb ich mir immer wieder etwas ausgestellt vorkam, vor allem, weil die Fenster des Nachbarn im Winkel genau in meine Wohnung zeigten.

Pour personne seule ou couple, puisque la salle de douche et la toilette ne sont séparées du reste de l'appartement que ...par une paroi vitrée teintée. À 10 minutes de marche du métro. - I really liked this apartment. The contact person is very friendly. Contemporary design. Clean apartment. Furniture in good shape. Well equipped. Calm. For one person or a couple, because the shower and toilet are only seperated from the rest of the room by a dark tinted glass wall. A 10 minutes walk from a metro station. 

  L'unica pecca dell'appartamento era l'angolo cottura, troppo piccolo e un fornello elettrico inadeguato per cucinare.

  Pas vraiment un studio mais plutôt une chambre avec un coin cuisine très basic. Pas vraiment possible de préparer des repas. La pièce est très propre,bien équipée pour la TV et le Wi-Fi. Endroit idéal pour un très court séjour à Paris. La situation est génial le long du canal St. Martin(... petits restos et bistros bien sympas font vite oublier le manque d'équipement de la cuisine du studio) le métro tout proche et une position presque centrale dans Paris. En conclusion une bonne adresse pour votre court séjour....et cerise sur le gâteau un proprio super sympa et très correcte sur les conditions de location. Ne reviendrons bien volontiers.   Das Appartment ist schön eingerichtet. Handtücher waren frisch und das Bett war frisch bezogen. Kochen war möglich, man kann jedoch keine riesen Portionen kochen, da nur ein kleiner Topf und eine kleine Pfanne zur Verfügung stand. Geeignet ist das Apartment eher für Paare, da das Bad sehr intim... in das Apartment integriert ist. Ansonsten ist die Lage perfekt, nur 5 Minuten von der Metro entfernt. Die Tür war super sicher und man hatte zu keiner Zeit Sorgen um seine Sicherheit Der Kontakt war ausgezeichnet und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Sollten wir nochmal nach Paris reisen, werden wir dieses Apartment auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!!

  The apartment is in a very nice zone in the centre of Paris, near Republique and the channel. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable (for a single or a couple).

  En tema del agua caliente . Es demasiado limitado y no alcanza bien para la ducha de dos personas.

Estimado cliente, agradecemos y valoramos sus comentarios. El propietario confirma que el agua calienta va con un balón de agua, lo que significa que se puede vaciar por completo si los clientes lo utilizan todo. De todos modos, su capacidad prevé el uso de 2 personas sin abuso de consumo.

  Condo is in an excellent location and very nicely furnished. Everything was clean and it was nice to find basics like a hair dryer, ironing board, etc. The only problem was that the hot water in the shower lasted only for about 5 minutes before going cold. This meant daily showers with the water ...turned off and on sparingly in order to stretch the hot water through the shower. I contacted the property manager after the first day to see if this could be checked, but they never responded.Also, the bathroom light went out and there were no replacement bulbs to be found.I have also stayed at many rentals that provide a small snack, bottled water, fruit, even a bottle of wine, upon arrival, but not here. It would be a nice touch to consider.

They have also informed us that there is no replacement light bulbs in the apartment however the contact person can bring new bulbs to the apartment if the client informs them that some have blown. Also, the owner informs us that he is certain that the client did not contacted him nor by email nor by telephone during the stay.

  Great location - in a quiet area but within 10minute walk of multiple metro stations and lots of local restaurants.Clean apartment, comfortable bed, good range of basic kitchen equipment, good wifi. Only thing to mention is limited hot water so quick showers necessary!Would definitely stay again/recommend to a friend.
