Charming apartment just 500 m from the Eiffel Tower

  We had excellent service. Clean and stylish apartement. Position: really near to the metro station and very close to Eiffel Tour. Close we found restaurants (braserie). We took a 3 to 5 minutes walk and we found a market and also several groceries. It worth to try. We received excellent and fast service.

  Ci siamo trovati veramente bene! Appartamento come da descrizione con tutti i comfort e le persone di contatto sono state gentili e disponibili.

  E' proprio come descritto sul sito..molto accogliente e comodo ai servizi di trasporto.

  Un alojamientonmuy bien equipado. Los propietarios muy majos. Sin ningun problema. Ubicacion perfecta enfrente parada de metro y supermercado debajo del alojamiento. El apartamento muy bien insonorizado.

  l'appartamento risponde in pieno alle aspettative, il proprietario è stato molto gentile e l'appartamento veramente pulito. Ci siamo trovati molto bene è stata una vacanza veramente bella. grazie siete veramente cortesi, pronti e disponibili

  The location is very convenience for public transportation. Metro just in front of the apartment. Walking distance to bus and train. Owner can't speak fluency English but he is friendly and helpful.

  El apartamento está muy bien, tiene de todo, parece mentira que se pueda aprovechar tan bien el espacio¡¡¡. Está muy cerca de la Torre Eiffel, pero muy cerca es, muy cerca, y justo en frente del acceso al Metro, lo cual después de un día de mucho andar por la ciudad, se agradece, y mucho. Sin... duda muy recomendable. Son muy atentos, los días antes de llegar nos comunicamos por mail en ingles, pero el día de la llegada, habían llamado a un chico que hablaba en castellano para entendernos mejor, fué un detalle.

  Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 ragazze e la sistemazione per qualche giorno è buona, tuttavia per soggiorni più lunghi gli spazi sono ridotti essendo l'appartamento di 37 mq. Nel caso fossimo stati solo in due sarebbe stato ottimo e confortevole. L'appartamento è fornito delle cose primarie per farsi ...un caffè, te, o cucinare qualcosa. E' situato in una posizione ottimale per muoversi in città ed è molto silenzioso, nonostante si affacci su una strada trafficata. L'appartamento è molto pulito. Ho l'allergia alla polvere e non ho mai avuto problemi, nemmeno con i cuscini. L'unico neo che potrei segnalare è che ci hanno dato solo un asciugamano a testa per tre giorni mentre ne servivano almeno due e non ho trovato biancheria per la cucina, ad eccezione di uno strofinaccio. La persona che gestisce l'appartamento parla in italiano, quindi è facile comunicare, ed è molto disponibile. Se tornassi a Parigi, lo sceglierei di nuovo! 

  Only very minor fault was that a darker curtain could be added for the lounge window for when it is used as a second bedroom. Other than that, everything was excellent and we hope to rebook the apartment in future. An excellent letting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  The owners are very nice and easy to work with, and the apartment is lovely. It's a good size, clean and comfortable, with plenty of light. The decor is pretty, modern and tasteful, and the owners have provided lots of storage options. I especially appreciated "small" touches: candles, a wheelie for... shopping, etc., and larger amenities, like TV and computer. (However, I must add that I had to provide toilet paper and paper towels, which I wasn't prepared for when I first arrived.) 

  Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern für drei Nächte in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut: Knapp zehn Gehminuten an der Seine entlange zum Eifelturm und mit einer Metro-Station direkt gegenüber blieben keine Wünsche offen. Bars, Restaurants und kleinere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in... der Nähe. Die Straße am Haus ist zwar stark befahren, bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es in der Wohnung aber trotzdem sehr ruhig.

  El departamento cuenta con todo el confort necesario para una cómoda estadía. Es especialmente destacable la dedicación y disponibilidad de la persona de contacto encargada del alojamiento, dispuesta siempre a resolver el más mínimo problema y ayudar en otros temas no relacionados directamente con el alojamiento.

  Consigliamo questo appartamento ma un po' piccino ma molto ben posizionato (anche meglio di come descritto!!!) con metropolitana è a 20 metri, e non 250 metri come ripotato nelle note!!!, il supermercato è proprio affianco. I proprietari, molto gentili, anche se un po' latitanti al tel. x i primi ...due gg. Peccato solo alla fine del soggiorno ci hanno detto che era incluso l'uso non solo della tv via cavo, internet illimitato, (anche dalla tv.... a saperlo.... il pc aveva dei virus ma ci hanno detto che lo sistemavano in questi giorni), ma anche l'uso del telefono x chiamate internazionali e a cellulari: può essere sempre utlile. Magari lo fanno aggiungere nelle note... sicuramente ci ritorneremo in futuro. 

  TUTTO COME ERA DESCRITTO... NIENTE SORPRESE!! SIAMO SODDISFATTI . OTTIMA POSIZIONE PER LA METROPOLITANA E PER IL CENTRO . IL SERVIZIO DI ALL-PARIS-APARTMENTS.COM E' STATO OTTIMO

  L'appartamento è molto ben tenuto, carino e pulito. La posizione è ottima per la vicinanza alla fermata della Metro, al supermercato e a vari ristoranti. La Torre Eiffel è a due passi. Per soggiorni molto lunghi in 4 persone potrebbe risultare un pò piccolino, ma assolutamente da consigliare.

  Our hosts were very friendly and provided good directions to the apartment before we arrived. On the actual day, we were delayed by our train breaking down - our hosts were very understanding. The washer/dryer was broken during our visit, however, our hosts allowed us to use their personal washing ...machine during the the stay. Air-conditioning was not available as indicated - although a fan was supplied. Excellent location with the train station across the road, yet there was very little noise.  

  Beautifully decorated and cleverly thought out with its cosy size. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. It had everything you could possibly need, phone, computer great tv and dvd player to relax watching movies in the evening. The owners were very ...friendly and although we did not need it I felt sure that the owners would have been happy to help if we had had any problems. The only negative was the confusion over how to meet the owners and access the apartment. The loacation is fantastic, close to a metro station and a great supermarket a 2 minute walk down the street. Overall it was fantastic value for money and well worth a choosing, it really made our holiday. 

  Apartamento precioso, se correspondía exactamente a las fotos, con velitas y todo. Mucho espacio para dejar las cosas, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades, hasta pudimos llamar gratis a casa y había wifi. Lleno de detalles: guías de Paris, ordenador, adaptador para enchufes. Antoine muy ...amable, pudimos dejar las maletas el ultimo día hasta la hora de coger el avión, cómodísimo. Situado justo delante del metro, con supermercado al lado y la torre Eiffel a 3 minutos en una zona segura. Dormimos muy bien: silencioso, persianas y foscurit y cama cómoda. Nos hemos sentido como en casa en estos 4 días. Volveremos. 

  appartamento veramente carino, esattamente come foto, pulito, arredato con gusto, un supermercato vicinissimo a casa e la fermata della metro, praticamente davanti;ma la chicca vera e propria è che......pochi metri avanti.....giri a destra e....la Tour Effeil è lì!! Un grazie speciale va alla ...persona di contatto e a suo marito, di una disponibilità, gentilezza e cortesia unica.

  C'était magnifique!! Tout fonctionnait très bien, appartement aéré, très comfortable, on a adoré!! dispose de beaucoup de charme et de calme grace à la cour interieure...on a été satisfaits à tous niveaux (les lits, salle de bains, équipement de bon gout). Je recommande cet appartement ...à tout le monde!! . Le quartier est parfait, très facile de se déplacer à pieds partout dans Paris, le metro à la porte de l'immeuble, c'est extraordinaire! Personne de contact vraiment très charmante, cordiale et concilliante. Nous avons toujours affaire avec votre entreprise pour différentes destinations (paris, berlin..) et nous sommes très satisfaits, service est optimal, meme en cas d'incident tout à été solutionné très rapidement!! Parfait! 

  Apartment was smaller than expected but still spacious and comfortable. Facilities were relatively clean but still a bit dusty. Coffee filter machine was disgusting, had not been cleaned or emptied in months and had fungus growing. Metro station was convenient but noisy. Washing machine across the ...hall was a HUGE problem. Stayed in use till 11pm sometimes and was very noisy and can clearly be heard in bedroom. Apartments owner were not always timely in returning phone calls but friendly and helpful none the less. Apartment recommended for short stays only.

  We arrived arround 4 pm. The owner had mailed us the enterence code for the doors. Everything went smooth. The only little comment is : to open the door upstairs you had to enter a code to find the key in a little box. The light by the door was very poor so it was a little difficult to use it. Owner... was very nice. He came the next day. The apartment was perfect. 

  The apartment was fantastic - it was really warm, very nicely decorated, and the cot for our daughter was perfect. The apartment is very close to a metro station, but the sound is almost nothing as the windows are very good. The location is perfect - we walked virtually everywhere, but the ...transport links are very convenient too. We'd recommend staying here to any one.  

  The apartment was very clean and accommodated the three of us easily. The owners were kind and professional. A big plus is the closeby supermarket, pharmacy, and Bir Hakeim metro station at the doorstep. I highly recommend this apartment.

  we loved the flat it was just cosy and the beds were very comfy. We would come again. the only thing we had difficulty with is when we tried the contact the owner by phone and the answer phone came on in french and I could not quite understand the french.

  L'alloggio è perfetto per trascorrere una vacanza a parigi! ottima posizione ,metro di fronte casa e supermercato,banca e farmacia sotto casa!!! la torre eiffel sta dietro l'angolo della via! l'appartamento è un pò piccolo ma ha tutto ciò che serve! il proprietario è gentilissimo e presente x ...qualsiasi problema o domanda. E' stato tutto perfetto nn ho niente di negativo da scrivere! ci tornerei subito. 

  The apartment is newly refurbished and clean condition. Kitchen ware are well prepared. Location is very near the subway station. Even the facing the station and road, the inside is quiet ! However hot water tank is not enough to use the bath tub and showers, tha%uFF54 is the issue for Japanese ...who would like to use the bath tub. The manager is very kind for our requests. However we had lack of toilet paper and no tissue paper.  

  L'alloggio è in un'ottima posizione, di fronte alla metropolitana, comodissimo per tutti gli spostamenti; io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo, la pulizia della casa era perfetta, tutto funzionante senza sorprese che a volte capita di trovare!!!! Le persone di contatto sono state ...gentilissime e disponibili. Se dovessimo ripassare da Parigi sicuramente torneremo qui!!!! Grazie

  This apartment is possibly one of the most conveniently located in Paris. Line 6 (Bir Hakeim station) is directly in front of the building, and the nearest RER station is only a few hundred meters away. The apartment itself was small (by American standards), but well appointed and clean. ...Satellite TV, sound-proof windows, and a small kitchen with all the necessities made staying here with my two kids MUCH more enjoyable than being in a hotel. We'll definitely be staying here again. 

  Apartamento coquetón, sin pretensiones pero todo muy correcto. Camas muy cómodas. Cocina y baño, suficientes. Excelente el trato con los dueños. El metro exterior pasa por delante del apartamento pero está bien insonorizado. Cerquita del metro, del batobus... Debemos disculparnos. No sabíamos... dónde dejar la basura al irnos. Buscábamos containers en la calle y no encontramos ninguno. Cuando abandonábamos el apartamento, dejando las llaves dentro como nos indicaron los dueños, vimos en el patio interior un cuarto con los containers... ya era demasiado tarde. 

  Great location and very convenient for the metro service. Small, but very well equipped, had everything we needed. F., our contact person, was friendly and very flexible on times of check in, and check out.

  L'alloggio era piccolo ma molto pulito e completo di ogni accessorio, perfetto per una settimana a Parigi. La posizione era ottima, la fermata della metropolitana davanti casa, quartiere molto carino e a due passi dalla Tour Eiffel. Se dovessi tornare a Parigi di sicuro sceglierei quest'appartamento.

  Alloggio confortevole e ben posizionato, metri dal Metrò. Sicuro, un po' caldo... F. ci ha fatto aspettare 2 ore in strada malgrado avessimo avvisato sull'orario d'arrivo...

  Location although good positionally, was incredibly noisy. Having never been to Paris and from the descriptions picturing a quiet small street I was disappointed to have 24hour traffic, metros, people from the street shouting at all hours. There is no a/c so one must leave the windows open when it... is hot; this results in all sorts of smells; cigarette, restaurant and dirty street smells wafting in at all hours. There were 2 teaspoons only and a strange assortment of crockery although it did suffice. We were unaware of all the rules regarding use of the washing machine/dryer - use is only allowed between 9am and 2pm and a standard tiny (2.5kg) load takes 4 hours - more than one unit uses this machine so on two days we couldn't use it. The main bed is tiny; I wouldn't advise it if you are used to a Queen or King sized bed. Lighting is poor; being an old apartment, there are only floor lamps of low wattage. Internet was great. Although there are 2 huge TVs in such a tiny apartment; it is cable not satellite so only French channels; lovely if you are enriching your French, not so nice if you are wanting news in English. Access to the apartment is very difficult; there are 2 heavy security doors to get through - not easy with luggage; the tiniest lift I have ever seen - literally smaller than a fridge; and the stairs are in turret formations -very slippery narrow and do not allow more than one person at a time to ascend or descend. The shower did not work properly (bath/shower combo) - think the head may be blocked; but it was lovely to have the option of a bath. No soap was provided. It was good to be directly opposite the metro in some respects; however residents in the area did warn us about walking under it at night - we did witness a tourist being pick pocketed on this very line in broad daylight and a car in the next street had it's window smashed in for a petty theft; there were also some other unsavoury characters hanging around 20m from the front door; but I suppose that is to be expected in a big city. The having to pay cash upfront on arrival is a little inconvenient; it also means one has to wait for the manager before check-out to return ones deposit; having said that, he was lovely, friendly and punctual. Plus points - the owner has left maps and city info in the apartment, which was a great help. The cot was up and made up already on arrival as requested and there is a safe available. I would recommend this property for young singles who would spend most of their time out and about and also in Winter, when a/c would not be an issue.

  The apartment is small but nice, had everything advertised on the Internet. The minimum temperature in our time of vacation was 5 ° C and did not need to turn on the heating. On television you can only see the French channels and some Arab channels, but the internet connection is fast and allowed... us to watch news and movies in our language, spanish. All days of our stay we saw the Eiffel tower, this was wonderful. F was friendly and gave us some tourist tips. One recommendation for the apartment owner could be put a non-slip mat in the bath.   Salle de bain très sale, appartement avec beaucoup d'humidité et des moisissures, cuisine ordinaire. Appartement assez vieux. Très bel emplacement, près du métro, appartement très bien insonorisé.

  We were very pleased with this small, but cosy and really well located apartment. F. the contact point is great, very reliable and friendly. Some might find the space a bit tight but would recommend to a couple or small family.

  The apartment is small but very do able. The bathroom could use some upgrading but it served its purpose. The sofa bed is really compfortable, it is great quality. The bed in the room is an ikea version but it is nice enough. The location is right across the street from the subway and the apartment ...was fairly quiet. We didnt hear any outside noise but occasionally we could hear the neighbors. No elevator so have to carry luggage up steps. The staff was very helpful with accomodating us with arrival and departures.

  Nous avons été tout à fait satisfaits de l’appartement. Il s’agissait d’un voyage avec nos petits-enfants et le quartier était parfait pour eux, à proximité de la Tour Eiffel, le métro aérien, de nombreux petits commerces,… la personne de contact était sympathique mais un peu difficile à joindre

  El apartamento es agradable, muy limpio y ordenado, luminoso y muy bien ubicado. La atencion de F. fue fenomenal, muy responsable y respetuoso en su trato.

  El apartamento es perfecto, la locación excelente frente a la estación del metro Bir-Hakeim, panaderías, tiendas, supermercados y a sólo a 3 cuadras de la bellísima Torre Eiffel. El señor F es un amor de persona, muy responsable y puntual, de hecho nos estaba esperando en el apartamento cuando llegamos.

  (1) Nos dieron un solo juego de llaves. Si se trata de un departamento para 4 personas, deben proporcionar al menos dos juegos de llaves de acceso. En nuesto caso, siendo dos adultos, hubiesemos necesitado dos llaves. Nos dijeron que no era posible acceder a nuestro pedido. (2) Como estuvimos ...hace dos años en el mismo departamento, nos encontramos con la sorpresa que, en esta oportunidad, ya no se hacía más una limpieza y cambio de sábanas al cabo de la primera semana, como ocurriera en 2011..  

  Abbiamo soggiornato dal 22 al 29/06 in 4 (marito,moglie e 2 figlie di 8 e 12 anni). L'appartamento è confortevolissimo, arredato con gusto, con letti (matrimoniale e divano letto) molto comodi. La posizione è strategica: di fronte c'è la fermata del metrò, lungo la stessa strada c'è un ...supermarket, delle brasserie, un fast food e una farmacia, senza dimenticare la vicinanza alla Torre Eiffel, che così abbiamo potuto ammirare ogni giorno. Gli infissi insonorizzano completamente dai rumori della strada. F, la persona di contatto, è stato estremamente disponibile: una sera lo abbiamo contattato perchè avevamo un dubbio sull'uso dei locali della lavanderia e, nel giro di pochi minuti, ci ha fatto raggiungere da un parente della proprietaria dell'appartamento per risolverci il problema.Insomma...promozione a pieni voti!  

  An apartment with everything to ensure a wonderful stay in Paris. Well appointed and double glazing kept Paris noise outside. Personal assistance from f was outstanding. Location is great to access all attractions and personal service could not be faulted. Graeme. Melbourne Australia

  Io mi sono trovato veramente bene.....la casa è a 200 mt dalla tour Eiffel, market, bancomat, metro e farmacia sono sotto casa.....ok non sarà un hotel 5 stelle ma ho trovato un alloggio pulito, ordinato, ben curato e con tutto quello che serve per trascorrere una vacanza ottima...la persona di ...contatto è in gamba e disponibile.....il gestore del sito ti contatta qualche giorno prima di partire e ti lascia tutti i numeri e mappe per raggiungere la casa....io con 2 figli lo consiglio a una famiglia o coppia.....Emanuele da Sassari 

  El apartamento es pequeño pero ideal para cuatro personas. La ubicación es perfecta, justo en frente de la parada de metro de la Torre Eiffel. Desde esta parada se puede enlazar con cualquier punto de París. El apartamento está muy bien insonorizado, con las ventanas cerradas no se ...escucha nada del exterior. El problema es que los días que estuvimos hizo mucha calor y no dispone de aire acondicionado. Había un ventilador pequeño que tuvimos puesto todas las noches. El sofá cama es muy cómodo, de hecho, mi marido y yo dormimos las 5 noches en el y descansamos muy bien. La cama de matrimonio que utilizaron nuestros amigos también es muy cómoda. En cuanto a la cocina, no tiene muchos utensilios, sólo una olla y una sartén. F es muy amable y nos ayudó en lo que pudo. 

  Me gusto el lugar .Esta cerca de una estacion pero lejos de lo que se pueda pensar el ruido no molesta.Me gusto estar cerca de la torre Eiffel y pasear tarde por las cercanias. solo es importante que quien reciba a los huespedes hable el mismo idioma.

  - el apartamento sucio: pelos en el baño, grasa en la cocina, desperdicios en el suelo, etc. - la televisión del apartamento estuvo inoperativo, porque el dueño no había pagado el servicio de conexión, y no lo pagó durante nuestra estancia, aunque contactamos con él. - la persona que nos ...recibió y despidió, no destacó por su amabilidad precisamente. No recomendaríamos a nadie el apartamento, que no se corresponde en absoluto con las fotos.

  Excelente atencion, no faltaba nada. Es tal cual se publica. Se encuentra frente a una estacion de metro, hay Supermercado a la media cuadra,cafeterias y restaurantes. No faltaba nada. Recomendable!

  La prima cosa da dire che l'alloggio si trova di fronte la metro fermata bir-hakeim ossia a 150 metri dalla torre eiffel. A 50 metri si trova la Rer C altra fermata della metropolitana, quindi posizione perfetta. Appena esci dal portone ci sono vari negozi di cui un market dove poter fare la spesa ...ad ottimi prezzi. Varie caffetterie di cui ad angolo della strada dove poter fare colazione con cornetto o fagottino. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento piccolo ma essenziale. Ci sono un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto, provati entrambi sono comodissimi, materassi nuovi. Anche la culla per mia figlia di tre anni era nuova e pulita. Abbiamo avuto un problema alla tv e l'asciagacapelli che non funzionava, subito sono stati risolti i problemi. Casa molto calda e nel periodo di novembre é perf 

  Nous avons séjourné pour la période du 13/12 au 19/12. 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La situation géographique est bien située, à proximité de tout. L'état de l'appartement est bien.

  Todo ha ido muy bien la verdad, el propietario bien, estamos muy contentos!

  Nice little apartment. Location is great. Well maintained generally, comfortable sofa bed. Not so happy about the noise from the restaurant below, could be heard especially well in the bedroom. We ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. Also a new showerhead would be a good investment. Otherwise no complaints.

  We had trouble with a contact person, but later everything is solved.

  Appartement sympa, bien situé, avec possibilité de garer sa voiture sur le boulevard et métro juste à côté. Seuls bémols : le bruit généré par le moteur d'un restaurant à proximité (il s'arrête heureusement vers 22 h) et le mélangeur de la douche qui rend difficile de trouver la bonne température (un mitigeur serait le bienvenu).

  Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Metrostation und beim Eiffelturm, sehr günstig für Touristen. Für die täglichen Einkäufe gibt es einen Supermarkt gleich nebenan. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber es ist absolut alles da, was man braucht. Vier Personen können problemlos dort wohnen. Die Küche ist... komplett eingerichtet (Dinge wie Gewürze, Spülmittel, Putzschwämme etc. waren auch da!), das Bad ist renoviert. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist so bequem wie ein gutes Bett. Die Wohnung ist in einem Altbauhaus, sie ist geschmackvoll hergerichtet. Sie war außerdem sehr sauber und gut beheizt. Vor dem Fenster befindet sich eine befahrene Straße und die Metrostation, aber dank der Schallschutzfenster hört man kaum etwas in der Wohnung. Der Betreuer F. war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieser erwartete uns bereits bei unserer Ankunft vor der Wohnung. Man konnte ihn während des Aufenthaltes jederzeit telefonisch erreichen und er war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bei einem technischen Problem rief uns sogar der Vermieter selbst zurück um zu helfen. Die Wohnung entsprach in allen Punkten genau der Beschreibung auf der Website, es war nichts beschönigt.

  Lovely apartment. Perfect for two adults and 1 small child. The baby cot provided was perfect for my 2.5 year old daughter. Welcome person very nice and all went very smooth. Great location. Plenty of shops and places to eat close by. The shower in the apartment needs to be updated.

  photos conformes à la réalité. appartement propre, calme et bien situé : tour eiffel 5 min, metro, resto et superettes à proximité. parfait pour 4 personnes . vaisselle à revoir: pas de casserole, poelle très mauvais état .....très bon séjour à réitérer

  Very close to eveything and handy to public transport. Clean and well kept apartment. Has a small lift which was great so no lugging bags up stairs.

  El apartamento esta muy bien.la ubicación es perfectaca 500 metros de la torre eiffel ,linea de metro numero 6 nada mas salir del apartamento y cruzar la calle todo perfecto.recomendable.
