Paris vacation rentals: Studio for 3 close to Place du Tertre

  Kein deutsches TV-Programm, Kindersperre eingesetzt Es war nicht bekant, wo Abfälle entsorgt werden Die Eingangstür ließ sich nur schwer öffnen.

  Einfache, aber saubere Wohnung zu einem fairen Parispreis. Sehr unproblematisch und reibungslos - Buchung auch 12 Stunden vor Reiseankunft möglich reibungslos!

  Bel appartement très fonctionnel et quartier sympa. Métro à proximité. Personne de contact très agréable. Je reviendrai !!!

  El piso cumplía bien las expectativas comparado con la descripción de la página. No era muy céntrico, pero esta bien comunicado, hay una línea de metro a solo 5 minutos. Me parece importante subrayar que es un espacio reducido, es un estudio pequeño, no hacerse una idea equivocada. Pero la ...información es correcta y describe con realidad el piso. Para dos personas ha sido perfecto. J., la persona de contacto, ha sido encantador, se ofreció de acompañarnos al sitio donde nos dirigíamos, y demostró simpatía y mucha disponibilidad. Hemos pasado una muy buena estancia.

  Accueil chaleureux . bel immeuble neuf , cossu. Appartement charmant , design , très propre , literie confortable. Je reviendrai .

  Puerta difícil de abrir. Hemos pasado frío. Limpieza muy floja. El barrio NO es Montmartre, aunque no está del todo mal. Todo hay que decir que el metro está cerca, el apartamento es básico pero cómodo y el propietario muy amable.

  Wir hatten wirklich 4 sehr schöne Tage !! Das einzige war, dass man abends ein bisschen die Straße gehört hat, war jedoch nicht weiter dramatisch, da wir so müde vom Tag waren und deshalb trotzdem gut geschlafen haben. Jonathan ist ein sehr sehr netter Vermieter !!

  A very agreable apartment in the very north end of Paris. Fairly close to metro. Well equipped, cosy and with a small but good kitchen. Recommendable. The owner was also very nice.

  Apartamento perfecto, tal i como muestran las fotos. Jonathan (persona de contacto) muy amable y atento. A 15 minutos del centro con línia de metro (la cual esta a 2 minutos andando). Lo recomiendo. Volveríamos alojarnos en el mismo apartamento sin duda!!!!!

  Geeignete Unterkunft um von Montmatre aus die Stadt zu erkunden oder im Quartier rund um Sare Coeur zu schlendern und die Cafes zu genießen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir kommen vielleicht mal wieder.

  Appartamento comodo, senza pretese, un pó trascurato e poco isolato dai rumori della strada. Va bene per qualche notte di riposo dopo le lunghe camminate per visitare la città. Persona di contatto disponibilissima a molto gentile. In zona ci sono diversi market e la metro è a 5 minuti.

  El departamento es tal cual se ve en la página. Todo funciona muy bien, está limpio y ordenado. El barrio está un poco alejando del centro turístico pero a dos cuadras está el metro. Hay mucho bar y lugar donde comer muchísimo más barato que en la zona 1. Es accesible, barato y cómodo. Lo ...mejor es J., la persona de contacto que es muy amable. Lo malo es que no tiene Internet y no se puede conseguir una conexión por ningún lado. 

  Très joli appartement. Situation idéale. Immeuble moderne et fonctionnel. Il faudrait juste rajouter quelques casseroles et un peu plus de linge de bain et de lit et le tout serait parfait!

  Der Verwalter der Wohnung war sehr entgegen kommend und freundlich. Die Wohnung war mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Allerdings gab es im Wohnraum keine Deckenbeleuchtung, sondern für den ganzen Raum nur eine Stehlampe, mit einem Strahler. Die Sauberkeit ließ in einigen Bereichen stark zu ...wünschen übrig. Der Boden war zwar sauber, aber die Besteckschublade, das Besteck selber, die Küchenschrankböden und alles, wads unter dem Waschbecken zu sehen war (im Bad), war nicht schön. Es gab sicherlich keine ausreichende Grundreinigung bevor wir kamen. Dafür durften wir aber früher rein und etwas später raus, weil die Reiseverbindungen entsprechend schlecht waren. Wir haben das Besteck eben komplett selber gespült und nicht mehr in die Schublade gelegt - ging auch. Insgesamt würden wir aber wieder dort hin fahren. Die Verkehrsanbindung war gut, es gab viele Geschäfte und Supermärkte, die nicht teuer waren und der Verwalter ist sehr nett. Mehr kann man zu dem Preis auch nicht unbedingt erwarten.

  Un alojamiento agradable, pequeño pero funcional. Esta en una zona fuera del centro puro, pero un barrio muy majo, y el metro al lado para estar en 15minutos en cualquier zona. Recomendable.

  Trés chouette appartement .. trés bien situé ... trés propre ... !!! C'est juste parfait !!! Juste dommage pour qu'il n'y a pas de wifi ... mais il y a un café pas loin pour avoir un accès wifi.

  Les rendez-vous avec le propriétaire sont passés de façon correcte. Il y a peu de nuisance sonore. Le quartier est très sympathique. L'information sur votre site web et par email est très bien, bien que les photos de l'appartement soient - évidemment - plus favorable que la réalité.

  A few details would put this accommodation at "excellent" across the board: 1) wastebasket in the bathroom; 2) hooks in the hall for hanging things that don't work on a hanger; 3) hair dryer please?; 4) a stable table on the balcony; 5) a dust-pan to use with the broom. Otherwise, the place and ...its location were the anchor for a fine stay in Paris. We especially liked the harp shop next door! 

  Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Brand new bathroom with good quality shower, good microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee pot with many utensils in the kitchen and a TV with DVD in the Lounge. Very friendly and informative owner. Only negative points are there are some building works going on ...opposite so if your a light sleeper this may distract you in the mornings. As well as this there are no windows so if its hot you need to open the balcony doors for air which increases the noise effect from the work over the road HOWEVER for the location and price this apartment is spot on. I hope to come again.  

  Ausgezeichnete Lage (Sacre Coeur und Flohmarkt zu Fuß erreichbar, Lebensmittelmärkte und Bistros sehr nah). Appartement enthält alles, was für Aufenthalt und Selbstversorgung nötig ist, Sauberkeit ging so. Kontaktperson erklärt alles ausführlich und ist sehr freundlich. Die Straße ist schon... recht laut, aber da sich das Appartement in einem belebten Viertel befindet, sollte man auch keine Ruhe-Oase erwarten. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.  

  Vriendelijke eigenaar. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement. Superrmarkt vlak in de buurt. Fietsen mochten op het balkon gezet worden. We hadden een groot veiligheidsgevoel.

  Eine schöne FeWo in Montmartre, für einen Städtetrip echt zu empfehlen, sauberes & ruhiges Haus. Die Metro-Station Jules Joffrin ist zu Fuss nur 5 Min. entfernt, von da aus erreicht man alles in Paris. Eiffelturm, Triumphbogen sind ein bisschen entfernt, mit der Metro aber gut erreichbar. Wir ...haben die Hop-on Hop-off Busse (http://www.parislopentour.com/paris-accueil.php?lng=de 2-Tage Pass Erw. 34EUR) genutzt, echt zu empfehlen!!! Da war die Abfahrtstation am Ende des Sacré Coeur, auch fussläufig erreichbar man muss zwar die Treppen hochlaufen ist aber auch in 15min - 20min erledigt. Ein bisschen Frühsport schadet nicht. 2 Häuser weiter ist direkt ein Supermarkt. Auf der gesamten Strasse findet man Cafes, Bäcker, Bars usw. alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sind Nachts mit dem Taxi vom Eiffelturm zur Wohnung gefahren auch das war günstig nur 16EUR. Eintziges Manko es war nur eine große Decke da die man sich teilen muss, aber wenn man es kann auch kein Problem. Für die Damen, Föhn mitnehmen! Ansonsten war die Wohnung gut eingerichtet, 2 Kochplatten, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Komplettes Geschirr und Besteck. Vermieter war pünktlich und freundlich. 

  There was much noise in the neighborhood because there are construction activities Our DVDplayer did not work. We told it to the contactperson.

  Ottima posizione e ben servita! In cucina c'è lo stretto necessario per preparare cibi per due persone!

  Transport was close. Shopping location excellent, had everything you needed. Work construction across the road was the only problem. Couldn't sleep in and was very loud.
