"A lamp in the bedroom laced, the bathrooms and tops of cabinets could be cleaner and we did not manage to make coffe - thoug we know such machines. (Out of order?)
We also wanted to let our baggage stay packed i the room until we should leave Paris. That would have made our day better.
We would give you "Excellent" if we had found a good solution for the baggage."

"Great location near metro and city objects. There was feeling of heavy apartment usage before (floor is cracking, one of rooms smoked, broken equipment etc.) and Irish pub in first floor make nights quite loud. Quite small and not so well equipped for example no Chefs knife to make dinner."

"er was sprake an onbegrijpelijk werkende:
- Televisies (w.v. een ook door de contactpersoon niet kon worden opgestart);
- koffiezetapparaten (geen formaat cups die pasten). Daarom maar een filter gekocht;
- verlichting boven aanrecht werkte niet;
- in beide slaapkamers een niet-werkende lamp;
- geen zitcomfort voor 4 personen: deels moet je je behelpen met krukjes, terwijl appartement voor 6 personen slaapruimte biedt;
- 3 wijnglazen: dus ook weer behelpen;
- 1 slaapbank pept en kraakt dermate ndat slaapcomfort laag is;
kortom: t.o.v. een huursom ad %u20AC 820,- geen overenkomstige kwaliteit in bewoning
Contactperson: on request per email 3 days before arrival did we sent a message 1 question: never any reaction;
in train at 14.00 h did we warn de contactperson that the T. was 1 hour late (arrival at 15.30h st 14.30h): no reaction;
arriving at appartment at 16.15 we phoned him again, on which he announced to arrive, where as he arrived at 17.15 h
At 16.45 h - it was cold waiting in the street before the appartment -we called All-Paris-Apartment.com which advised us to take place in de pub nextdoor: where the contactperson when he had arrives payed our consumptions: only positf point

"Unfortunately our stay was not comfortable. The floor had just been coated with a sealant which was sticky and ruined our shoes. There is a pub on the ground floor beneath us and the noise level went onto 2am. This is not mentioned in the advert. we will not stay in this apartment in the future."

Deurklinken stuk, douche met enkel héét water, tussendeur die niet opengaat, stoel die bijna uit elkaar valt, nachtlamp die uit de muur valt... Jammer!!! Het appartement is ook veel kleiner dan je zou verwachten door de foto's!! Ligging is wel ideaal! Lawaai van de pub onder het appartement valt wel mee... "the photos that are shown are not the apartment, they make it seem much bigger and luxurious but actually it is old and very very small. It has lots of things broken, and it is very likely to break another one. Be careful with lamps, showers or curtains! The door that connects the two apartments isn't working and you'll find all the dishes and glasses dirty. The tv isn't working neither and there ir a chair that is broken since a year or more, I've seen other guests complaining about it. There isn't a table to have meals and the beds are quite uncomfortable. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT AT ALL"

"Since we were traveling with an infant, I emailed the owners two weeks ahead to arrange a meeting time and place and got no response. I had to call because I was getting worried...that should have been the first sign.
Amenities: for four adults, we received two rolls of toilet paper.
There were no paper towels.
The coffee machines were not working
The chair in the common area was broken and we learned that when one of us almost fell.
The table in the common area was broken
Water: after the first day, we had no hot water for over 24 hours. It seemed as if the hot water would run out after two people showered each day.
There was no information given in the apartment. We've rented apts before and there's usually a book of instructions but nothing here.
We complained to the owners and a response was given to only the issue of the water. We were told they would fix it but that didn't happen.
I would not recommend this place. Location is good but service is Terrible
And the owners don't care once you've made your payment. "
