The complex was built in 2007 and hosts both holiday clients as well as working professionals and is well-communicated with the free Blackbus airport service, the local train network and the AVE high-speed train station. The Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition and Convention Centre is served by a paying mini-bus service.
