"The location of this apartment is really excellent, very close to RER and Metro stations, it only takes 5 minutes by walk. Although it is located on 1/F, noise level is accepted.(only a little from the crowd downstairs on weekend & from the metro)
Contact person is extremely nice and responsive, I left something after check-out, he came back at noon to open the door for us to let us in again."

"Consiglio vivamente questo monolocale, mi sono trovato molto bene. I fattori negativi sono: le scale che portano all'appartamento scomode, il lavello in bagno inesistente, i rumuori provenienti dalla strada la sera danno un po' di fastidio, ma sopportabili, ll divano letto piccolo, ma comodo. I fattori positivi sono: la pulizia, internet free, gli accessori forniti (non manca nulla), la posizione è l suo punto di forza, avete tutto a pochi passi, l'appartamento e' nell'insieme molto gradevole."

"The apartment was a perfect size for two people and in a great location. You could even walk to the Eiffel Tower if you're feeling ambitious! The contact was also very friendly and helpful; he went out of his way to check us in early. Aside from the small bathroom sink this was a great space, I would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Paris!"

"the apartment is very well located, short walking distance from almost everything there is to see. Very well equipped and lighted.
Although it is on a lively street it is not noisy at all. The water draining system in the bathroom was rather noisy, though
