"The only slightly negative comment I have is that the apartment was quite cluttered with unnecessary items which gave it a crowded feeling. As space is of a premium, by removing or replacing some of these items by more appropriate items or furniture ie more suitable table & chairs, would make better use of the available space.

"In general it was nice and very conveniently located. A few small things: the shower is poorly designed and doesn't really drain at all (a mop was nowhere to be found); some dish detergent would have been nice, so as not to have to go buy it, and maybe a bar of soap as well.
I find the 50 Euro supplement for arriving after 8 in the evening sort of 'mean'; that's not really a late hour - (In our case we spent 60 euros on a taxi for fear of arriving a few minutes after 8).

"funzionale, adatto per passare un w.e. non di più e giusto per dormirci, stop. Tenuto benino anche se molto piccolo, alcune stoviglie rovinate, connessione Internet buona, un po' scomodo x portare su i bagagli poiché non c'è ascensore. Nota dolente quanto importante: non è vero che la persona di contatto parla italiano come descritto, ma solo inglese o francese, quindi avuto difficoltà nel relazionarmi e capire cosa esattamente dicesse.
Come già detto contatto quasi inesistente anche la sera prima ho scritto una mail chiedendo aiuto per chiamare un taxi visto la non conoscenza del francese, a tuttora non ho ancora avuto una mail di risposta. Il contatto non è multilingue come pubblicizzato."
