"Moyen, trop cher pour qualité prix
Nous avons été déçu par la propretée des lieux. Il manquait le 1/4 des ampoules électriques qui avaient grillées. La cafetiére ou il y avait tellement de moissisure était tout simplement dégoutante. Les casseroles étaient tellement sales, nous avons eu besoin 2 casseroles nous avons du les laver 2 fois. Nous avions loué un appartement pour pouvoir faire quelques repas à la maison. Nous avons du renoncer et prendre nos tous nos repas à l'extérieur."

"alloggio molto confortevole su due piani giardinetto condominiale carinissimo e sopratutto comodo per chi fuma e le persone confinanti gentili ed educate. l'unico disagio metro fermata Lamarck
con tanti scalini circa 90 perchè l'ascenzore era sempre inpraticabile!!!! persone di contatto gentili disponibili e pratici e comunque Parigi è GRANDIOSA!!!!!!!!!

"The apartment felt large, was well maintained and clean. We were two couples and it was nice having two bedrooms plus a downstairs common area to relax and socialize. The location was along a quiet pedestrian alley (at least it would have been quiet except for city construction going on during our stay but otherwise it looks like there would be minimum foot traffic) and was convenient to local stores, restaurants, pubs and the ever present boulangeries. Multiple metro stations are within a 10 minute walk. The provided wi-fi worked flawlessly. Our only complaint with the apartment was that the washer/dryer was in a common area shared with other residents (just was unexpected based on the description) and the dryer did not work throughout our stay although we brought this to the attention of the management company immediately. This seems like a nit but we purposely chose this listing over other less expensive options because it had a dryer (hey, we're Americans).
We really appreciate the management company accommodating our request for an early morning checkout (6am) and then waiving the 50euro fee we had agreed to upon booking."
