the living room and bedroom ceilings are adorned with beautiful oak beams, lending the space a rustic, warm feel. There is heating throughout the flat and a fan is also included for your comfort.
The nearest metro station Arts et Métiers (lines 3 and 11) is located just five minutes’ walk away 10-minute walk will take you to the Hôtel de Ville metro station on line 1, which leads to one of the most beautiful avenues in the world, the Champs Elysées. The apartment’s location and warmly furnished interior offer the perfect combination for anyone eager to discover Paris by day or by night.
Nice apartment, but furnished with cheap IKEA furniture which isnt up to the task of commercial use. Looking very run down. No clothes dryer - had to use furniture and heaters to dry our clothes which took 24hrs in Paris winter!Unfriendly agent assisted us on arrival.Wifi worked fine. No DVD ......player, and no cable TV. Only local French TV. How much does a DVD player cost?? 30 Euros?Would not stay again - with a huge supply of apartments for rent in Paris, will look elsewhere next time.

The apartment is greatly located, close to everything by foot. Well equipped and with details of good taste. It is a quiet and safe place. It is an expensive area for everyday shopping but you can solve by looking for some street markets. We arrived 2 hours more later than expected but was the person who we give keys
Great location - apartment is functional. But not for cooking, since no larger pots available. But enough for 1 egg. Who like to buy on the market goes (enfants Rouges), his Cookware should not be forgotten.
