This pretty apartment, which has a total floor space of 21m2, was completely renovated by an architect in 2011. It’s located on the first floor (without a lift) of a splendid building with a garden.
To make sure you have an unforgettable stay in the Parisian capital, everything has been prepared and furnished with care. With this in mind, the main room contains a foldaway wall bed, to
maximise your living space. The bed is wide (1.5m) and has an excellent mattress which can be folded quickly and easily to be turned into a sofa.
This modern and warm apartment has been designed to accommodate up to two people. The kitchen is open plan and completely equipped to make sure guests have everything they need during their stay, whether it’s for business or leisure. The bathroom has a wash hand basin, shower and toilet. There’s also a full range of features and appliances: a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a telephone with free calls to hundreds of international destinations, and a Wi-Fi internet connection.
The apartment is situated in the heart of Paris, in the chic 7th arrondissement – an ideal place to explore the numerous cultural activities and tourist attractions that the city has to offer. Located very close to the Temple des Antiquaires, it’s also a great spot to take in the lively atmosphere of the district, with its art galleries, romantic pavement cafes and countless restaurants. A must-see for all art lovers, this district is jostling with magnificent side streets, in which even Parisians habitually get lost!
Guests staying in this apartment will be just a few steps away from the river Seine and the incredible Musée d’Orsay, which houses one of the most prestigious collections in the world. What’s more, you’ve only got to cross the bridge to reach the equally famous Musée du Louvre.
The Bac and Saint Germain de Prés metro stations, on lines 4 and 12 respectively, are 300m and five minutes away on foot. So it’s really straightforward to get to the Place de la Concorde, Châtelet and the romantic basilica of the Sacré Coeur.
Due to the characteristics of the apartment, the owner does not accept reservations that include babies if the total number of guests including babies exceeds the apartment’s maximum capacity (a maximum of 2 guests).
Great central location. Apartment clean, modern, although small by N. American standards (to be expected in Paris, though.) Close to Louvre, Notre Dame, Musee D'Orsay and not too far from Eiffel Tower.Owner helpful and responsive. Free calling (landlines only) to many countries, (including Canada).

Great owner! Small but very clean and organized and exceptionally! We walked almost everywhere and return late at night is not dangerous because the ... road is always busy! Only drawback: it is very loud, keep the Windows closed at night to sleep and if it is it's hot in summer. You can solve with ...a fan made available by the owner. I will certainly recommend!
Proprietaria eccezionale!
I stayed in this nice appartment for 5 days. The owners are very helpful and friendly. I also liked the location, close to metro stops and Monoprix supermarket. The street is quite noisy at daytime, but it didn't bother at night, it was ok to sleep. The only thing I can think of that would be ...downside, is that the part where the toilet is in the bathroom, is quite tiny. So if You're a big man for an example, maybe this is not the best option to rent. oh, and there was no wine opener :). The best part of the appartment was that it had a really good energy, I felt like at home. I would definitely stay here again, if back in Paris :)
Loved the location and the apartment had a nice cosy feeling to it. I liked looking out of the windows, the passers-by and the city life. There is some amazing shopping to do around there. The apartment is generally clean, high quality and well equipped, but would benefit from a coat of paint. ...Overall an great experience, I would definitely recommend it and I would stay there again. V was polite, very efficient, well organised and clearly experienced in doing this. Thanks!
