"Wonderful location! The apartment is only a (fairly) short walk from the Louvre and Notre Dame. The cleanliness of the apartment exceeded our expectations and it was also well-decorated and included all necessary cooking and eating utensils.
I would definitely stay at this apartment again.
Notes for future renters:
- Some consumables (in particular, dish/hand soap and napkins) were not present, so bring/buy your own.
- There is internet if you need it, but it's slow and unreliable.
- I recommend the Carrefour located in the nearby Arts et Métiers intersection for purchasing your groceries."

"Wir haben uns sehr auf das Apartment gefreut, wurden aber sehr enttäuscht!!!
NEGATIV
- Es war kaum warmes Wasser vorhanden
- Schlechte Internet Verbindung (nur für ein Anschluss vorhanden!) d.h. man kann vom Apartment aus nicht arbeiten!
- wir mussten 60%u20AC wegen Flugverspätung bezahlen!!!
- Apartment war nicht an nährend sauber
- Der Vermieter war ständig nicht erreichbar
- Es haben Schlafdecken gefehlt (obwohl die Vermieter informiert waren, dass 2 Personen das Apartment beziehen werden!)
POSITIV
- Das einzig positive an diesem Apartment war die Lage, man ist mitten in der Stadt und das ist im Herzen von Marais"

"Stanza piccolissima. Cucina inutilizzabile. Posizione 1 km da Notre Dame.
L'appartamento era molto più piccolo che quello che pareva nelle foto, dovete mettere delle foto più realistiche. Era un 4rto piano senza ascensore, c'era un locale rumoroso sotto il palazzo."

"The apartment itself is very small, but as a tourist you are out sightseeing all day so it was perfect. It is decorated beautifully and the shower and internet are very good too. The location is also brilliant, it is a five minute walk from three different metro stations which give you access to the whole of Paris. Lots of little bars and restaurants are dotted very near to the apartment as well. There is noise from the bar below the apartment but it is not unbearable, we had no trouble sleeping. We stayed from the 30th November - 3rd December and the weather was freezing, however blankets were provided which kept us warm at night. One big problem is contacting the owner, he did not answer his phone and there was no one else we could contact. I fully recommend this apartment if you want to take the risk of nothing going wrong. If you can get along without needing to contact the owner I would recommend this apartment."

"The apartment was lovely although small (as we expected) but perfect for our stay of 5 nights. The only bad point I have to make is that the apartment is advertised with wifi Internet. The Internet only worked on one occasion and this was a huge disappointment for us as we required the Internet access to plan our days and see what was going on and also to check directions. My advice is if you want a great apartment at a bargain price in a fantastic area of Paris and you do not require Internet access then go for this. Otherwise, if you need to use the Internet as we did you will be hugely disappointed. Also, the contact person didn't answer his phone and we felt as though we were left to fend for ourselves once we had paid. Aside from the negatives we really enjoyed our stay in Paris and it's a shame that these problems could not be sorted out to make our stay even more enjoyable."

Réservation honorée et respect des engagements.
Dotation fonctionnelle et agencement optimisé.
Prévoir une souplesse certaine en terme de propreté et d'un paiement avant même de franchir les grilles d%u2019accès à l'appartement. Qui se localise côté rue du maire... bar, restaurants, etc.
Séjour exempt de déceptions pénalisantes.

Comme indiqué dans le contrat, je paie en liquide mais sans délivrance de quitus. La location est quatre étages au dessus de moi... Faut savoir donner sa confiance...alors que j'attend toujours ma monnaie..
Une fois fait le tour du bien, l'usure des serviettes et des tapis de sol démontrent un long vécu. Allergique aux acariens, armez vous de votre traitement.
Que penser du choc du tabac froid à l'ouverture de la porte ?!
Le potentiel est là mais ces détails dénotent.
Suis je trop exigeant ?!"
