"The fact that the windows face a beautiful garden in the courtyard made all the difference. It was peaceful and serene. We loved it and will stay there again nest time we go to Paris. There is also a great little Bistro just next door to the building that sells good food at very reasonable prices. We found all the locals were very friendly and helpful. It is close to great parks and local amendities. There is a few great Patisseries just around the corner too. Ideal for the individual who wants to avoid the tourist crowds and get a flavour of the real Paris. We highly recommend it.

unkomplizierte Übergabe
Nachteile:
- keine richtige Bettdecke mit Überzug, sondern nur ein Laken, die darauf liegende Wolldecke war nicht sehr sauber
- lauter Lüfter im Bad (läuft ununterbrochen, hat uns allerdings nicht gestört)
- nicht ausreichend Klo- und Küchenpapier für eine Woche
- Gardinen hängen direkt vor der Heizung"

"ensemble très coquet, quelques petits "détails" à améliorer peut être du à une première location! l'aération de la cuisine et de la SDB est très bruyante. l'absence de couette fait qu'il fait frisquet la nuit et le plus embêtant a été l%u2019absence d'eau chaude dans la douche (environ une 20ne de degrés) pendant les 17 nuits de séjours (absence de réponse des responsables..). idéal pour des vacances, déco très "i love paris", situé en plein centre de Paris et pour les peureux ou inquiets, l'appart est très bien sécurisé! Pour des séjours de travail un peu longs, l%u2019absence de machine à laver ou d'aspirateur est à noter, ainsi qu'une connexion internet qui n'est pas sécurisée. La déco est très bien et l'endroit très calme car l'appart donne sur cour. Donc globalement, quelques petits couacs d'une première location qui j'espère seront corrigés pour laisser place à un appartement agréable et de charme en plain c%u0153ur de Paris!"
