Studio in the center of Paris near Mouffetard Street. Ideally situated in the 5th district in the south-center of Paris, in an area that is lively both day and night. This studio has been entirely renovated with charm and care. It measures 21m2 and is made up of a living room with double bed, corner kitchen equipped for eating at home with 2 hot plates, stove, microwave, toaster, lemon press and a
bathroom with shower, seperated toilets as well as an iron, hairdryer and washing machine. In the living room you will find a TV and a stereo. Ideal for a couple, the studio offers you different options for a nice stay. It´s located near the Mouffetard quarter and, more precisely, next to the Censier-Daubenton metro station. There are many shops and commerces in the neighborhood so that you won´t miss any fresh products nor any fun social events. In addition, from the Censier Daubanton metro station, you can go up towards the north while passing le Châtelet, Notre Dame, la Cité and the Seine with its boats, as well as the museum of the Louvres, the Opéra or the Porte de la Villette with the structure of "La Géode". But above all, you will be able to walk in the famous Mouffetard quarter, known for its numerous restaurants and bars.
The facilities were in a good condition. We did not realize how small it was. Also cannot recollect the fact that owing to the restaurants below our windows it was impossible to keep them open as it was then too noisy. I believe that your "breakage" fee is unreasonably high. Fortunately our owner, took us at face value and did not require same.
A compact but perfectly adequate little studio for two persons. Position could not be better - right on top of one of the Paris food market and student restaurant/bar areas, slightly noisy at night. Only steps away from metro station. Friendly, helpful and accommodating host. Highly recommended for a typical lively Parisian experience!
This apartment, great, very well located and very well communicated, practically you can walk to all sites, but also there are a mere side mouth. The Mouffetard Street, next to the apartment, is a marvel, with stalls of fruit, seafood, chocolate shops and places to eat very ... good price. Recommended 100%. Very friendly owner, P..

July 16th-August 13th 2012. The apartment was perfect for a single traveller such as myself. For the four weeks I was there, it really felt like home. With Rue Mouffetard just around the corner and the metro and bus at the other end of the street it was a location that would be difficult to beat in ...any other Paris arrondissement. This southern end of Rue Mouffetard really has a village neighbourhood feeling. All the required amenities ( cafes, bars, supermarket, exquisite fresh food shops and wine shops ) are within a few hundred metres of the front door. The only minor negative was the late night noise from the bar and restaurants on the ground floor of the building ( up to 2 a.m. most nights ). Otherwise, very comfortable, certainly value for money and a brilliant location, both as a base for exploring the City of Light and for becoming, at least for a short time, part of a Paris neighbourhood.
