  EL ESTADO DEL APARTAMENTO Y SU UBICACIÓN ES EXCEPCIONAL. PERFECTAMENTE EQUIPADO. CERCA A TODOS LOS SITIOS DE INTERÈS EN PARIS. FÁCIL ACCESO A LA ESTACIÓN DE METRO RAMBUTEAU. EL APARTAMENTO ESTA EN LA QUINTA PLANTA SIN ASCENSOR, PERO SUS INSTALACIONES Y COMODIDAD COMPENSAN ESTA DIFICULTAD.

  A fabulous apartment in the heart of Paris with a wonderful rooftop terrace. The contact person was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

  This apartment was in a great location. The terrace was beautiful and we enjoyed coffee and croissants there in the morning. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very nicely furnished. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that we needed to climb 100 winding stairs to get to the apartment. There is no elevator!

  Wohnung ist sehr schön, Einziger Fehler ist, das auf der Terasse, der Lüftungskanal eine Restaurant endet, sodaß mann riechen kann was gerade gekocht wird.Trotzdem ist die Terasse schön.

  Lovely apartment. Clearly newly reburbished and he has a very modern feel. The apartment is basically split into 2 small apartments (1 studio, and 1 with a bedroom with ensuite, and kitchen/living room). Neither apartment are that big but with clever use of lighting and mirrors, they feel roomy. We ...had 2 adults and 4 kids and were perfectly comfortable. The only thing to note is the 5 flights of stairs are not for the faint hearted! 

  Amazing apartment which met or exceeded our expectations, and matched the photos. Spotlessly clean.

  There were a lot of stairs, so this apartment would not be well suited to older people. We really enjoyed our stay and would hightly recommend this apartment.

  Probleme mit Strom-Sicherung

  Bon ensemble, manque un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner.

  I travel very much, but usually I stay in hotels. This is only the second time I rent an apartment. I wish there was more fleksibility about coming and leaving and luggage storage! we got our help, but it was much communication back and forth about where to store the suitcases when we were not ...leaving untill late at night, and it made it a little stressful. All hotelsI have ever stayed whith offer the possibility to store the luggage until leaving even though you must checke out at noon. And I think it was expensive to pay extra for coming around 9 o'clock pm. We have rented an apartment earlier in Marais area for aproximately the same price, but through a different agency. There was not a deposit 2 times like here. Just through the agency for reserving the apartment. No exstra charge for coming late or keeping the luggage, and we received a bottle of Champagne at arrival. Witch of corse made a very nice start of our stay! Unfortunately this apartment was occupied the time we were coming. But other than that, we recieved very good service from E and had a very good time in Paris. Good location and nice apartment. Only wish the weather would have been a litle warmer so we could have enjoyed the terrace! :) Thank you! Kind regards Vibeke

  We enjoyed the stay enormously. Location was excellent, and we were well taken care of. There could have been more toilet paper, and washing machine detergent would have been nice, but otherwise splendid. No noise, plenty of space and great help to stash our luggage After checkout. Very good ...placement between halles and Maris, foodshops and restaurants nearby and boulangerie in the building.

  Die Lage ist einfach genial. Und die Wohnung wirklich toll.

  Die Lage ist perfekt und das Apartment sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziges Manko: Die Schlafcouch ist für Kinder bis 10 Jahre oK, für ältere und Erwachsene zu unkomfortabel. Nichtsdestotrotz ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

  Lack of a flat surface around the hand basin in the en suite bedroom, on which to keep toilet bags/articles. Wonderfully comfortable beds. Best we've ever slept in! 101 steps to the door is a killer, but it kept us fit!

  Try Le Gai Moulin a couple of doors away.... Fab food The location is the main seller

  The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. There are two separate bedroom areas with facilities, a common lounge and kitchen area and a very nice large out door patio. The is plenty of space for two couples and with the option of a sofa bed and pull out bunk beds the apartment could well ...accommodate a large group. The apartment is also well air conditioned which was a welcome relief from the heatwave in Paris while we were staying. The only down side to the apartment is that it is on the top floor up five flights of stairs, there is no elevator. So would be a challenge to get to with heavy bags etc. However the apartment is well worth the climb.

  Perfect location (right on the Marais' doorstep) and a delightful and quirky apartment which was very spacious and had all the modern amenities one could need. Loved the private roof terrace ideal for soaking up Paris with a glass of wine. Would definitely stay in this apartment again.

  Amazing apartment, loved everything about it, the decor, the facilities, the location. It was right near everything we wanted to do. The owner was really helpful. Definitely recommend this place. It is on the top floor with no lifts, I found it easy. My mum found it a bit more difficult, but ...took her time and was fine. I would without doubt stay here again. Amazing apartment 

  La collocazione dell'appartamento permette di visitare Parigi anche a piedi; è tutto comodo e raggiungibile. vicinissimi bar (di fianco all'ingresso c'è un bar i cui proprietari sono gentilissimi), ristoranti e negozi. Il Centre Pompidou si vede dalla finestra. Il quinto piano dell'appartamento è... davvero panoramico sui tetti parigini. L'appartamento è ottimamente servito e ben arredato. Solo la "zona wc" è molto piccola (unico elemento criticabile, ma caratteristico di molti appartamenti parigini). Comodo anche per due famiglie (come noi), perchè i due appartamenti sono autonomi, ma collegati dalle due porte di ingresso. Una soluzione che mi sento di consigliare a tutti.  

  Amazing! Great flat. Had everything that we needed. It looks just as good in person. My boyfriend and I went with my parents and it was nice to have our own individual flats. Incredible location. Lots of stairs but not really an issue. Would very highly reccommend!

  Die Lage im Marais und der besondere Stil dieser Wohnung waren das Beste. Allerdings hätten wir im Vorfeld gerne die Information gehabt, daß es in der Küche "nur" eine Nespressomaschine gibt.Wir hatten, weil es in deutschen Ferienwohnungen üblich ist, Kaffeepulver und Filter dabei.Gewünscht ...hätten wir uns noch 1 Handtuch mehr pro Person und vielleicht auch ein Trockentuch in der Küche.2 große und 1 kleines Handtuch für 2 Personen in 4 Tagen war knapp bemessen.Außerdem wäre es wünschenswert zu wissen, daß es pro Bett eine große Decke gibt. 

  A beautiful apartment in a central location, metro stations of Hotel de Ville and Rambuteau are 5 minutes away, bakery just around the corner for morning croissants. Please be aware that this is a fifth floor apartment with no lift so would not advice heavy suitcases or prams. Plenty of nice places to eat out nearby too. We had a fab time there.

  The apartment was beautiful, and very comfortable.. The climb up 100 stairs to get to out apartment with 5 massive suitcases was a struggle, but a small price to pay for such a lovely place.

  The apartment was brilliant, perfect location so we walked pretty much everywhere! The roof terrace was a great bonus, the only downside is it is on the fifth floor but this didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again.

  Would stay there again and would recommend the beautiful apartment. The owner was very helpful. Having a patio balcony on the 5th floor was an extra delight - No lift so not for the infirm. Central for exploring Paris on foot

  Really one of the best accommodations which I had in the last 10 years. For a family with 3 kids nothing else could be better! There is a person who will follow any personal request and quickly solve any problem. Recommended!

  Location and apartment exceeded ALL expectations! Would gladly climb all five flights again and again to stay in Paris!

  The apartment is in a great location. The apartment is newly furnished and decorated. Very clean and modern. It has all conforts you might need for a short stay. Excellent balcony.The only terrible downside is the lack of a lift. Too many floors and steps. Not suitable for families with young children.

  Die Wohnung liegt einfach perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Ja die fünfte Etage muss man sich erarbeiten, aber wir hatten uns schnell daran gewöhnt. Mit der Terrasse hat man alle Möglichkeiten und gerade für uns (wir waren sechs Personen mit einer Familie 4 Personen und ein Paar) war die... Aufteilung perfekt. Wir werden sicherlich das nächste mal, wenn wir nach Paris kommen wieder hier sein. Vielen Dank. 

  Die Lage zwischen Centre Pompidou und Marais war perfekt. Kurze Wege zur Metro, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Bistros. Die Ausstattung war bezüglich der Möbel, Bäder etc. sehr gut. Leider mußten wir uns mit 6 Handtüchern für 4 erwachsene Personen und nur einem Geschirrtuch begnügen. ...Die Küchenausstattung war merkwürdig: viele Töpfe und Gläser, jedoch keine Tee-/Kaffeekanne, keine Dessertteller und nur 1 Schneidbrett. Statt Kaffeetassen gab´s die üblichen Schalen, aber leider auch nur 2, aus denen vernünftig getrunken werden konnte. Ansonsten eine wirklich tolle, empfehlenswerte Wohnung mit sonniger Dachterrasse... 

  The terrace looking over the roofs of Paris. Amazing view! The location was excellent and arriving from the Charles de Gaulle airport was smooth with RERtrain.

  I didn't really understand why a 500euro deposit is held for breakages as here wasn't an inventory and on inspection, found a few faults and breakages. Overall though. S was great! He organised a taxi when we left and didn't mind assisting us with luggage on arrival. E was happy to give us ...directions to the local supermarket, and perhaps some basic information about Paris would have been useful. Thanks! 

  Wir können dieses Apartment nur empfehlen. Vor allem die tolle Dachterrasse :-) In der Nähe gibt es tolle Lokale sowie einige Bäckerein und Supermärkte (alles in max. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Man hat die U-Bahn in der Nähe (vom Flughafen CDG - sogar ohne Umsteigen) ...man erreicht die Notre Dame zu Fuß. Ohne am Abend weit zu gehen, findet man auch schöne Gassen wo man das Pariser Nachtleben genießen kann. Auch die Wohnung ist wirklich toll. Es zahlt sich wirklich aus, mehr zu zahlen für den letzten Stock. Die Ausstattung war sehr schön wie beschrieben. Und wie gesagt ist es einfach toll den Morgen auf der Terasse gemütlich zu beginnen und am Abend zu beenden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder dort wohnen!  

  Excellent location and apartment features. It's actually as good as it looks in the pictures! Family of 4 so plenty of room for all of us. Modern kitchen with big washer and dryer which came in handy. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms which were well presented and clean. 5 stories up by stair but well... worth it and after walking around Paris and up some of its monuments feels like only 1 floor! Quaint terrace for breakfast and a bit of sun. Apartment was quiet and no noise from the street or other apartments probably due to its location. Check in was easy and accommodated our late check in time. My only suggestion would be to provide hand soap (even a small one until guest can get to the shops) in the bathrooms. I understand it is an apartment but this is a basic necessity.  

  The location of the apartment was perfect. We especially enjoyed being able to sit on the terrace as it was very hot while we were there. Air-con was good too. The 100 steps up were a minor drawback but it was worth the climb. A lovely apartment!

  Excellent service from host/owner

  Location, Location Location!!!!! I am a very frequent visitor to Paris. This is by far the best location I have stayed in. R. & S. are wonderful landlords who are very obliging and will point you in the right direction for any of your needs at any stage. I found the apartment wonderfully clean and ...tastefully decorated. I will certainly be back again and would recommend highly to anyone. 

  We had a wonderful time over Christmas at the apartment. The only down side was that whenever we had a lot of appliances running the electrics tripped, but this certainly didn't ruin our stay. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday!

  Very large, lovely flat in an excellent location.The owners were very kind and accommodating.There was, however, a mouse seen in one of the rooms.

  Buena acogida y explicaciones.

  Location, Location, Location, interesting property, love the terrace in the morning... a sunny aspect for breakfast. Lots of stairs to climb, but you get use to it. Minor issues with one or two things not working as they should, but this did not dampen the experience.

  Many great aspects. Apt space, rooftop area, quiet, temperature control, location and S very helpful.It's 100 steps up but we at 69 and 68 had no problems. Location near Hotel de Ville Metro and dining around Les Halles.

  Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Klimaanlage ist sehr angenehm unter den Dachschrägen. Die Betten waren bequem. Durch die sehr große Decke gab es mit dem Bettnachbarn in der Nacht keinen Streit. Den Abend auf der Dachterrasse bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen war herrlich.

  We were 2 couples travelling together, so was perfect choice as each couple had separate accommodation. The terrace was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. Only downside was lack of some kitchen utensils, I.e. Chopping board, wine glasses etc otherwise perfect stay and would recommend to others. Well worth the 100 step climb.

  Tolle Lage

  One shower was not to be use because of leaking pipes - owner was sorry but did'nt do anything about it - promosed compensation but nothing was effectuatet. Wifi was working most of the time..... Great lokation.

  This apartment was everything we hoped it to be and more. The location across from the Pompidou Centre and a 10 minute walk from Notre Dame was ideal. We also appreciated the proximity to a subway stop. Our only suggestions are to include more hooks and shelving near the sinks for toiletries. If you... are not in decent shape or cannot climb stairs, be advised there are 5 flights of spiral stairs to go up to get to apartment. 

  Die Wohnung war wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Kontaktaufnahme sowie die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos.

  Wunderschöne Wohnung in Top Lage mit traumhafter Dachterrasse für ein gemütliches Frühstück am sonnigen Morgen. Wer mit dem Auto anreist kann dieses recht gut im naheliegenden Parkplatz des Centre Pompidou parken. Bäcker, Supermärkte sowie unzählige Restaurants liegen in der ganz nahen ...Umgebung und auch zu den Metro-Stationen ist es nicht weit.Einziger (kleiner) Mängelpunkt: es könnte mehr Geschirr da sein. Handtücher wurden auf Nachfrage schnell nachgelegt 8-)Wir würden beim nächsten Paris Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung buchen. 

  Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist einfach perfekt, besonders genossen haben wir die Dachterrasse.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Service war gut, alle Absprachen wurden eingehalten und unsere Kontaktperson Amelie war supernett. Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert.Die Wohnung ist allerdings wegen der ...Treppen (5. Stock) nicht für konditionsschwache oder ältere Menschen zu empfehlen.  

  We loved everything about this apartment. We were met on arrival and helped with our bags up the stairs. The owner, A was always in touch and arranged our transport to the airport when we departed. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the big ...terrace and were able to watch the Bastille Day jets flyover from it. Would definitely recommend and would stay at this apartment again. Thank you!

  Overall, a great stay. Good location, a very friendly welcome and a comfortable apartment.A few issues with maintenance - namely, the shower in the main bedroom needs fixing as the water pressure is non-existent. There are also no locks on the terrace doors, which can be un-nerving for some. Upon ...introduction to the apartment, it would also be good if guests were explained on how to use certain aspects. The light switches in the main bedroom were most confusing and led to the lights randomly turning on in the night, or turning off when we needed them. Small issues though, overall a great place to stay in central Paris. 

  Die Vermieter vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbereit und pünktlich. Die Wohnung konnte sogar 4 Stunden früher bezogen werden. Abgabe sehr unkompliziert.

  Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im 5.Stock mit einer wunderschönen Dachterrasse. sehr sauber und alle Kontaktpersonen sehr freundlich!
