Paris vacation rentals: Flat 20m from the Pompidou Centre

  We love the apartment, very cosy with fully equipped kitchen, with big flat screen TV. Its near the amenities and also the RTR and metro. There is a halal kebab eatery nearby. Only gliche is that the apartment do not have a lift, so its a bit difficult to carry our luggage up and down the spiral staircase.

  Excellent location!!!

  - non guastava un poco di pulizia in più; - servirebbero almeno due salviette in più per le persone e per i piatti; - sebbene siamo stati una sola settimana avremmo gradito un ricambio delle lenzuola da usare in caso di necessità; - abbiamo trovato non particolarmente positivo il check - out avremmo preferito vedere il referente.

  La posizione è di per sè ottima; la strada è abbastanza rumorosa ma le finestre isolano bene. In estate dovendo tenere la finestra aperta a causa del condizionatore non installato definitivamente, c'è un po' di disturbo.

  Le resto où je devais récupérer la clé était fermé lorsque je suis arrivé à 15h pour récupérer la clé. J'ai eu un moment de panique, qui fut réglé 10 minutes plus tard par un employé rencontré sur la rue.

  Un appartement assez petite pour 4 personnes, mais très bien équipée. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un séjour agréable. Un excellent emplacement en plein centre de la ville, à 10 minutes à pied du Louvre ou Notre-Dame.

  L'appartamento è ottimo. Si potrebbe migliorare il divano letto nell'ingresso che è cigolante. Ottima la posizione, peccato per i rumori notturni provenienti dalla strada!

  Reasonably spacious for Paris holiday apartment and reasonably comfortable. We were aware there was no lift and the apartment was on the erd floor. However the stairs on the 1st and 2nd levels were on a dangerous angle and there was no railing next to the wall - dangerous. There was an extremely ...niosy bar on the ground floor and brawls and fighting on the street in the early hours of the morning. The immediate area arouond the Pompideu Centre is rough; however the location is very convenient in terms of proximity to other interesting and attractive streets and areas.

Dear Client, OH would like to thank you for your comments. The property owner confirms to us that the building is categorized as historical building of Paris, and that the common areas have been renovated in 2011. Furthermore, we would like to guarantee that the staircase has got a handrail.

  The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the promised facilities needed for our 2 week stay. An easy walk to the metro, plenty of interesting shops, restaurants and clubs. Getting up to the 3rd floor without an elevator was the only negative but it was good exercise.

  You will love to stay in this apartment. by location very convenient to catch any subway station. All modern fittings in the room. i think it will be the perfect place to stay.

  L'appartement est moderne avec tout le nécessaire. Idéal pour 2 personnes. les portes coulissantes côté salle de bain et toilette ne sont pas très pratiques, elles ferment mal. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le quartier du marais, cependant il est trop bruyant (même avec des ...double vitrages) car il se trouve à côté de la rue du renard qui a une circulation très dense. Je ne conseillerai pas cette appartement à un ami, trop bruyant à l'extérieur. 

  Appartement de bonne qualité, deco moderne, grande TV. Les travaux en bas de la rue très bruyants tous les matins. Chauffage au sol ne semblait pas marcher, merci au radiateur d'appoint.

  La única pega fue que al hacer la reserva decía que el contacto hablaba francés y español, y no es así, hablan sólo inglés, por lo demás todo bien.

  El apartamento está excelentemente ubicado. Todo está cerca: clubs, discos, supermercados, líneas de metro y bus, centros culturales, centros de interés, puntos de compra, etc. Las condiciones del apartamento son muy buenas pero tiene ciertos detalles insignificantes que no influyen en la ...experiencia. Nosotros eramos cuatro personas, con 3 maletas y 4 carry-on y luego de haber acomodado la ropa en los closets, el espacio en el apartamento es óptimo. Lo que funciona como mesa, que es una barra en la cocina, es un poco incómoda para que 4 personas coman simultáneamente. 100% recomendado a personas que buscan una relación precio-calidad-ubicación en Paris. 

  War alles in Ordnung! Die Wohnung ist sehr klein aber für uns war sie ausreichend. Einmal ist abends um 22 Uhr das warme Wasser ausgefallen, aber schon eine Stunde später hat der Eigentümer jemanden geschickt, der das Problem behoben konnte. Das Fenster hat etwas geklemmt und einige Handtuchhaken... im Bad wären wünschenswert, wir waren aber wirklich mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung gerne wieder mieten. 

  It was amazing. The apartment was very clean and just big enough for 3 people. The contactperson was very nice and friendly The location was close to everything a shopping centrum and champs elyssees I recommend it to everybody !!!

  L'alloggio era come in fotografia. Purtroppo le porte scorrevoli a specchio che chiudono il wc e la doccia non sono montate perfettamente a livello ma un po inclinate verso destra (guardandole davanti a noi). Quindi la porta del wc si chiuderà sempre da sola e di conseguenza quella della doccia ...rimarrà perennemente aperta anche se si tenta di chiuderla. Per il resto tutto ha funzionato come previsto. 

  Piccolo appartamento perfettamente corrispondente alle immagini fotografiche. Posizione ottima: a poca distanza da fermata Metro, vicino a supermercato aperto fino alle 24,00, zona tranquilla anche di notte e piena di locali e ristoranti. Persona di contatto disponibile. Non fornitissimo di ...accessori da cucina e mancante di comodità nel bagno come appendi-asciugamani. Le porte del bagno non si possono chiudere a chiave e capita che quella della doccia si apra da sola. Nel complesso siamo stati bene. Buon rapporto prezzo/prestazioni. Adatto a coppia o famiglia con figli piccoli. Un po' piccolo forse per 4 adulti non in intimità. Lo consigliamo! 

  Moyen. Douche à l'eau froide à deux reprises, malgré la demande de réparation et la réparation une fois. Porte de la salle d'eau qui ne resta pas fermée. Le cabinet WC beaucoup trop près du lit.

  Logement comfortale malgré qqs soucis avec le chauffage d'appoint Toilettes trés petites Nettoyage moyen et frigo non vidé à notre arrivée

  Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung. Wie auch schon auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, sind das Bad und die Toilette sehr klein, womit man sich arrangieren kann. Schön wäre allerdings, wenn die Toilette eine geschlossene Tür hätte. Bad und Toilette haben nur Schiebetüren, die nicht so ...geschlossen werden können, dass Geräusche und Gerüche drinnen bleiben. Das sollte bekannt sein. Außerdem braucht man Ohrstöpsel zum Schlafen, da Fenster nicht richtig schließen und es laut ist. Pro Person bekommt man 1 Duschtuch, schön wäre noch 1 kleineres Handtuch pro Person. Für ein paar Tage würden wir nochmals wieder kommen, da die Lage perfekt ist.

  Apartamento limpio, en buen estado y muy bien situado. La atención muy buena. Totalmente recomendable.

  L'appartamento è molto carino, identico alle foto, ben posizionato, comodissimo per due persone, ma un pò piccolino per 4. Ci siamo trovati benissimo tranne qualche problemino con la porta del bagno che non chiude bene, e per qualche cattivo odore di fogna, forse dovuto a qualche perdita. Molto ...accessoriato di elettrodomestici, ma con poche stoviglie, per il resto, lo consiglierei a tutte le giovani coppie. il proprietario è molto disponibile, preciso negli orari, chiaro nelle spiegazioni, la wi fi funziona perfettamente. 

  Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.

  C'était un séjour très agréable. C'était un peu tassé pour 2 adultes et 2 adolescents mais nous le savions depuis le départ et puisque nous n'étions presque jamais là, sauf pour dormir, c'était bien parfait. Lorsque nous avions des questions, notre contact était disponible pour y ...répondre; par exemple : comment fonctionne la laveuse et la sécheuse (tout en un)? On a eu un peu de misère à débarrer la porte la première fois. Assurez-vous donc de l'essayer avant que votre contact s'en aille. Heureusement pour nous, notre contact était en bas car il attendait d'autres clients; il nous a donc aidé rapidement. 

  Location was easily accessible by metro. Suggest to add a safety lock from inside for better security as no door hole to see who is knocking outside your apartment door. Consider adding a list of car pickup services from airport for international travellers. Overall good experience and I will ...return again. It's convenient for visitors to stay near a metro station and close to shopping, grocery and restaurants. 

  Ideal size for 2 people in a handy location. Apartments in this area are cheaper than the more up market areas in Paris. Apartment is a few minutes walk from the Hotel de Ville and the line I metro station of the same name. Not suitable for those who cannot manage a third floor apartment without a lift. Lots of restaurants nearby.

  La posizione dell'appartamento e' ottimale per un soggiorno di pochi giorni a Parigi. Il proprietario dell'appartamento mi ha contattato via mail qualche giorno prima dell'arrivo fornendomi tutte le informazioni necessarie, che sono state confermate quando siamo arrivati in città. Ci ha accolto una... persona dello staff, molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento rispondeva alle caratteristiche descritte sul sito.  

  Für 4 Personen etwas eng, für einen Kurztrip aber OK. Die Lage ist perfekt.

  Ubicazione buona, ma scarsa l'assistenza, in più ho trovato ospiti indesiderati (topini) che non so se erano già presenti o sono arrivati dopo. Cmq

  TRES BIEN SITUE TRES BON ACCEUIL

  Really easy to contact owner got keys early and left cases on day of departure until late. Great location quiet only 10 minute walk from Notre Dame close to all metro stations. Accomodation lovely but lot of steep stairs to get to apartment on third floor. Nice and clean no problems unlimited water... and use of washer and small dishwasher. But please note this is really a small apartment with very small toilet and shower room off the main bedroom. When bed settee open it fills lounge area but we managed as a family with two daughters aged 16 and 10.A great location and clean apartment. Would go again.Also pre booked all airport transfers,metro, museum and river cruise before going via English website called hello paris we'll worth doing 

  Die Wohnung war sehr in Ordnung, wir können nichts bemängeln.

  The apartment is really well located, the only drawback is noise from the street during night and the lack of air conditioner - it was quite hot/humid during our stay there. The kitchen is so equipped that one can really spend a lot less on food if he is prepared for cooking. Eating out can be quite... expensive for a family of 3 in Paris. The possibility of early check-in, leaving the luggage in the apartment after check-out, friendliness of the staff; when the washing machine broke up I was immediately offered to wash the clothes in one empty apartment 

  Our contact was a pleasure to deal with and ensured the process was seamless. The location of the apartment was perfect! There were a million things to do at the doorstep in le Marais, and a short walk to multiple stations that go throughout Paris. The apartment was clean and well presented with all... the amenities we needed for our 5 night stay. It is on the third floor with stair access only, so may be difficult for those with mobility issues, but otherwise, would recommend highly.  

  Great location- literally in the middle of Paris city- in a safe neighbourhood! Apartment was modern internally and had all amenities except the washing machine was broken. Wifi had moments, but overall was a pretty good connection most of the time. Only negative was the stairs in the building were ...quite steep and uneven, it's fine for completely mobile people but some people may find difficulties. Overall a great apartment and accommodation choice when staying in Paris! 

  It is a perfect location close to everything. The owners are super helpful they understand problems and will help you in what you need. The apartament has everything you need.

   l'appartamento è situato in un punto strategico,puoi raggiungere a piedi tantissimi punti di interesse, all'interno dello stesso ci vorrebbe qualche piccola manutenzione ,pensando che ci si puo' stare in 4 persone che potrebbero non essere dello stesso nucleo familiare.(porte scorrevoli bagno e ...doccia che si aprono da sole,perche la struttura non e' stata montata a livello),e poi per quattro persone manca sicuramente un tavolo (basta anche un tavolo consolle che si possa utilizzare all'occasione , perche' cio' che voi avete pensato per tavolo in effetti è inadeguato.

  Centralità

  Ottima posizione immediatamente a fianco del Centre Pompidou, 2 minuti dal l'hotel de Ville e 5 minuti (a piedi) da Notre Dame con diverse stazioni metro nelle immediate vicinanze. Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto quello che serve per un breve e piacevole soggiorno. Contatto disponibile e attento. ...I locali Avrebbero bisogno di una piccola manutenzione ma lo consiglio. 

  L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve ed è situato in posizione strategica per visitare la città, la metro si trova a meno di 5 minuti a piedi e in poco più si può raggiungere Notredam. Il proprietario è socievole e accogliente e la cauzione richiesta è stata prontamente restituita dopo il soggiorno.

  Appartamento a pochi metri dalla fermata della metro (linea 1) che offre collegamenti con tutte le altre linee. Supermercati, ristoranti, negozi di ogni tipo praticamente sotto casa. A pochi passi da notre-dame e da rue de rivoli, ci si può spostare tranquillamente a piedi anche fino al louvre (un ...km piacevolissimo). L'appartamento è piccolo ma moderno e funzionale. La porta del bagno presenta qualche difetto e non si chiude bene, per il resto tutto perfetto. Il proprietario disponibile per qualsiasi cosa dal primo all'ultimo giorno.  

  Me and my two friends enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable bedding, lots of mirrors everywhere! Make sure to be shown how to open and lock the door as its an old building. Appliances were good except for the washing machine was broken on arrival. Its beside lots of metros and in walking distance to ...lots of main sites. The water wouldn't go hot one of the days but it got fixed almost immediately. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice apartment for the price you're paying for it. Plenty of storage, and it had a nice shower and bathroom. The wifi was a bit slow. If the door is difficult to open or lock the guests should be shown on arrival. That's about it, enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having us! 

  The flat is too noisy and not clear enough. There is no elevator. Bed is uncomfortable. WC and shower are very close to bed. Air conditioner is not enough in the summer. The images of the flat are not realistic.

  Très serviable.Basic mais très bien situé.Machine à café ne marche pas.Machine à laver marche pas mais reçu par le proprietaire le service pours linge gratuit et dans la journée.

  Si no sabes inglés, es un poco complicado pero al final nos entendimos y todo bien. El piso y ubicación bien.

  Séjour agréable

  The location of the apartment was excellent. It is only a short walkway to the Notre Dame and Louvre museum. The host was helpful and friendly - he helped us with a taxi. I would recommend it if you do not mind climbing to the 3rd floor with no lift, noise from the street or a apartment from the ...above, small size of the apartment a bit smelly since there is no ventilation in bathroom or toilet, and bathroom was very molded and tiles were unclean, there was a washing machine in small kitchen but it was broken. Apartment needs a serious cleaning and refurbishing.  

  The apartment is very charming, but the bedroom/bathroom area is small and very cramped. You have to scoot around the end of the bed to get to the separate sink/shower room and the toilet room, which is right next to the bed. Neither room is completely private due to sliding doors between the two.... There were only 2 of us staying here, so not a big deal, but it would have been very awkward if we were sharing with another couple. Some simple conveniences we would have appreciated were additional hangers in the closets (there were only a total of 4) and additional towels. (note: no wash rags at all -- a U.S. convenience) Overall, it's in a good location (only 3 blocks from the Hotel de Ville Metro stop), near great shopping and restaurants, and was a comfortable stay.
