This 20m2 studio is situated on the second floor of a town house, without a lift, in Saint Germain des Prés, right in the heart of Paris. The apartment is very tranquil, overlooking an internal courtyard full of trees, and can accommodate a maximum of two people. Tastefully decorated, the studio is fully equipped in order to guarantee you a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The location of the apartment is unique- it is situated in the "carré des antiquaires" (the antique-dealers' square), a few minutes away from the Seine, in front of the 'Pyramide du Louvre', and 5 minutes away from the 'Musée d'Orsay'.
A short walk along the Seine in a westerly direction will take you to the Eiffel Tower and the 'Champs de Mars' (15 minutes), 'le Grand Palais' (10 minutes), and towards the east you will find the area of Notre Dame and the 'Ile de St Louis' (15 minutes).
Towards the south, you will reach the neighbourhood of Saint Germain de Près (5 minutes), with its legendary bars and restaurants, as well as its luxury shops. The studio has fantastic transport connections (bus and metro), which will enable you to get easily to any area of Paris. There are also several shops within the vicinity.
