"In unsauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Das Bett musste repariert werden. Es dauerte anstatt 45 min. 2 Std. bis die Kontaktperson mit einem Bettpfosten kam es reparierte. Stuhlbezüge wirkten schmuddelig durch Fettflecken, die angeblich bei der Reinigung NICHT zu entfernen waren. Das Eisfach des Kühlschranks war total vereist - dadurch Kühlung schlecht. Die eine Pfanne war NICHT funktionsfähig, da dünner welliger Boden. Störung durch laute Gespräche der Nachbarn. Heizung/Dusche funktionierte. Es wurde uns mehrfach telefonisch versprochen, das der Inhaber uns kontaktieren würde - DIESES GESCHAH NICHT! Die Kontaktperson hinterliess eine Telefonnummer, die nicht funktionierte. Nach vielen SMS an den Inhaber Anrufen auf Band geschah nichts (dadurch hohe Telefonkosten). Am Abfahrtstag hatten wir Schluesseluebergabe/Kautionsrueckgabe um 12 Uhr ausgemacht, KOntaktperson kam gegen 13:30."

"Die Sauberkeit des Appartments und vor allem des Badezimmers ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig (stinkender Duschvorhang). Das Appartment ist zu klein. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoß und man kann schlecht die Fenster aufmachen, gleich daneben befindet sich der Hauseingang und jeder geht am offenen Fenster vorbei. Der Lärmpegel ist ebenfalls sehr hoch, vor allem zwischen 7 und 9 Uhr morgens, sowie zwischen 22 und 00 Uhr abends."

"This is a very nice apartment. Its small, but is has everything you need and the cleanliness and quailty is good. The neighborhood is perfect! The only drawback is the noise from the elevator and other apartments - which actually didn't bother us that much. The other drawback is the tensions between security and ventilation. The window opens out right onto the front steps, so that if you want to either leave the apartment or sleep with security, you have to close the window. These were minor problems given the great location and friendly service.

"La pulizia e le forniture di biancheria lasciavano molto a desiderare.
La posizione è ottima, purtroppo però sulle scale davanti alle finestre dell'appartamento passavano a tutte le ore della notte persone senza alcun rispetto per la gente che dorme. La persona di contatto si è presentata come stabilito per la consegna delle chiavi. La persona di contatto presso il servizio All-Paris Apartaments è stata molto gentile e competente!"

"L'alloggio era buono e pulito. C'è stato però un enorme problema con la persona di contatto: quando siamo arrivati ci era stato detto che potevamo lasciare l'appartamento per le 18-19 del giorno di partenza a meno che non arrivasse qualche nuovo inquilino, nel qual caso l'avremmo dovuto lasciare alle 12. Fatto sta che alle 12:30 del giorno della nostra partenza, senza che nessuno ci avesse avvertito SONO ENTRATI IN CAMERA I NUOVI OSPITI e ci siamo trovati tutti nella stessa camera senza nessun preavviso di nessuno. figura orripilante con i nuovi ospiti ai quali abbiamo dovuto spiegare il malinteso. gli ospiti avevano la mail di prenotazione dell'appartamento quindi erano nel giusto e a noi nessuno aveva avvertito quindi eravamo nel giusto. Alla fine ce ne andiamo e riceviamo dopo un'ora circa un messaggio della persona di contatto che ci dice se possiamo tornare a liberare l'appartamento perchè sono arrivati D'URGENZA nuovi ospiti. Peccato che noi ce ne eravamo già andati con tutte le nostre cose e quindi era ovvio che il nostro contatto aveva fatto i bagordi la sera precedente, non era ancora arrivato all'appartamento e ci aveva per giunta mentito al telefono... A quel punto gli ho scritto delle maialate tremende alle quali lui ha semplicemente risposto (non so perchè) ringraziandoci perchè avevamo cmq pulito l'appartamento (cosa che era ovviamente compito suo).
Altra cosa: quando siamo arrivati il contatto non rispondeva e quando ci ha risposto ha detto che sarebbe arrivato in 15 minuti e invece ce ne ha messi 40.
Altra cosa: internet non funzionava e quindi gli ho chiesto per messaggio se c'era una password o da fare qualcosa di particolare. ovviamente non ha mai risposto (considerate che il messaggio gliel'ho mandato il primo giorno e siamo stati là 4 giorni).
La sostanza è: andate ma aspettatevi di tutto!"
