Description
Guests will stay in the very centre of Paris, a short walk from the Trocadero Gardnes and the Eiffel Tower. It is an ideal accommodation choice for those wanting to go out and explore all the delights the city has to offer.
This peaceful studio (no outside noise interference) was reformed in 2011 and is located close to the main attractions in Paris. Its privileged location means visitors can easily travel to the most important places of interest whilst enjoying a quiet and good night’s rest in the studio.
The elegant decoration offers a pleasant and cozy atmosphere with warm shades blending perfectly with the furnishings. It has a round table for two, individual sofa bed, cabinet with flat-screen television and double bed.
The modern, cheerfully decorated kitchen is on the left-hand side and provides a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast before venturing out to discover the city. It is equipped with all mod cons and necessary utensils including microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee maker.
The practical bathroom has a shower, sink and WC.
The studio is located close to the metro (100m distance) and alongside the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero. It is only a ten minute metro ride to the Grands Boulevards with its beautiful designer boutiques, and just a little further along to Ópera Garnier, the Bastille or the Père Lachaise Cemetery. Visitors can also take a romantic boat trip along the River Seine and enjoy seeing Paris from a completely different perspective. For those travelling with the family Disneyland Paris is only a 50 minute train ride with the RER (Parisian regional train network).
This practical and peaceful studio has an ideal location for exploring the city of Paris and guests are guaranteed a really quiet and good night’s rest.

"apartment needs a little work.. 2 windows out of 3 could not be opened due to broken parts, we cleaned out drain in shower in order to have the water run freely.. but on the whole we were very happy.. quiet at night as promised and wonderful location. A 1 hour wait for the contact person, so a bit of a mixup there, but A. came instead of C. and was very helpful and pleasant. Paris is beautiful.. Great Holiday."

"the electricity looked a bit dodgy: some cables at the bottom of the walls were exposed due to ripped skirting boards, close to water points. There could have been basic things like soap in the toilets/shower room and a sponge in the kitchen. We went shopping taking for granted there would be such things and came back to realize there wasn't basic commodities and ended up doing the washing up with a tea towel and washing our hands with washing liquid! the main negative point was the noise from the main hall entrance door, and people walking about at night, and the workmen (cleaners and painters, who by the way painted our door and we weren't told until I saw my coat stained by beige paint the next day!) at 8am shouting and banging on the walls. But then, this is Paris, and you will always get people walking in a building at night, especially in a nice touristic area... Maybe the initial contact was stressful, as we did not receive any news from our contact once in Paris, and waited outside for a long time, thinking we were going to have to find a hotel."

"In unsauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Das Bett musste repariert werden. Es dauerte anstatt 45 min. 2 Std. bis die Kontaktperson mit einem Bettpfosten kam es reparierte. Stuhlbezüge wirkten schmuddelig durch Fettflecken, die angeblich bei der Reinigung NICHT zu entfernen waren. Das Eisfach des Kühlschranks war total vereist - dadurch Kühlung schlecht. Die eine Pfanne war NICHT funktionsfähig, da dünner welliger Boden. Störung durch laute Gespräche der Nachbarn. Heizung/Dusche funktionierte. Es wurde uns mehrfach telefonisch versprochen, das der Inhaber uns kontaktieren würde - DIESES GESCHAH NICHT! Die Kontaktperson hinterliess eine Telefonnummer, die nicht funktionierte. Nach vielen SMS an den Inhaber Anrufen auf Band geschah nichts (dadurch hohe Telefonkosten). Am Abfahrtstag hatten wir Schluesseluebergabe/Kautionsrueckgabe um 12 Uhr ausgemacht, KOntaktperson kam gegen 13:30."
