The kitchen has an electric stove with four burners, fridge and a microwave. One bathroom with a shower. Built-in closet in the entrance. The bedroom and hallway have parquet floors. Sheets and towels are included. The apartment is located right next to the centre of Paris, one direct underground stop to Republique, Hôtel de Ville, and four stops to City Hall. There is an Internet café right in front of the apartment and within 200 meters you will find a bakery, butcher’s shop and a supermarket.
