"Ich verstehe nicht warum dieses Appartement eine so gute Bewertung hat. Das App. war dreckig stank aber dennoch nach Sagrotan dass einem beinahe schwindelig geworden ist. Das WC ist so eng / klein dass es eine Zumutung ist, da man sich dort eigentlich nicht bewegen kann. WC und Küche waren furchtbar kalt, da vermutlich einfach verglast und weiterhin nicht beheizt. App. liegt im 4. Stock (Kein Fahrstuhl) und der Ansprechpartner vor Ort spricht ausschließlich französisch. Den Preis haben wir als zu hoch empfunden, denn das App. sieht auf den Bildern definitiv anders aus.
Das App. ist meines Erachtens brauchbar, wenn man jung ist und es draussen warm ist, weil man dann den ganzen Tag draussen ist. In diesem Appartement fällt einem nach kürzester Zeit auf Grund der Enge die Decke auf den Kopf.
Internet bzw. Netzverfügbarkeit wird m.E. von den Wänden geschluckt. TV lieferte bei uns keinen Ton und die Badewanne hat keinen Stöpsel - Konnte also nur als Dusche genutzt werden.
2 Familienmitglieder sind erkrankt. Waren aber komischerweise nach Rückkehr in Deutschland wieder fit.
Es war unser mittlerweile 3. Besuch in Paris - Auf jedenfall der letzte Besuch in Fankreich."

"Die Lage war sehr gut, vieles war fußläufig erreichbar. Einzig der Geräuschpegel war besonders am Wochenende sehr hoch, was aber zu erwarten war und uns nicht wirklich gestört hat. In der FeWo war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Hausmeiderin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbrereit"

"una sistemazione ideale per godersi Parigi, bella veduta dalle ampie finestre in pieno Beaubourg, tranquillo per riposare e rilassarsi, ma anche animato perchè quando scendi in strada sei nel pieno della vita del quartiere. Puoi accedere a tanti siti famosi a piedi ed è ottimamente servito dalle principali linee di metro per cui senza fare cambi di linea ( o solo uno) ti trovi davanti ai principali monumenti e attrazioni della città."

"This apartment is in the best location, central to everything we wanted to visit. Plus there are three metro stations to choose from making travel across Paris (to the eiffel tower for example) very easy. The area felt very safe and clean. There are plenty of restaurants and a carrefour supermarket that was very reasonable. Would definately stay here again. Once you get used to the four flights of stairs it is no problem."
