Large and comfortable apartment close to Paris in Boulogne-Billancourt. This one bedroom apartment measures 60m² and is ideal for a vacation rental in Paris and its surroundings. The apartment is situated in the 3rd floor in a building without elevator. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped at the same time. It consists of a living room with a piano, TV, phone, internet and large windows. The apartment can host up to 4 persons, it disposes of a bedroom with a double bed 140x190cm and a sofa bed in the same size in the living room. Further, you will find in this apartment a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with a bath tube and separated toilettes.
This apartment is located in Boulogne-Billancourt, a nice and calm quarter close to Paris, thus in only 5 minutes walking from the l'Ile Saint Germain and the river Seine. To enter the center of Paris, you will have different public transports possibilities, such us the subway ligne 9 (10 minutes away from the apartment), which will drive you directly to the Champs Elysées and République. Further you have the possibility to take the tramway (200m away from the apartment) directly to the la Défense (the Parisian business center). A little bit futher you will find the RER C station. The RER C will bring you directly to the Eiffel Tower, Orsay museum, Notre Dame de Paris and the center of Paris. In the opposite direction you will be able to reach the Chateau de Versaille. In the proximity of the apartment you will find numerous stores and services as well a shopping center of the other side of the Seine. You can go from the apartment to Rolland Garros in less than 25 minutes, there is a bus stop (line 123) at 4 minutes that bring you in less than 20 minutes in front of the Tennis Stadium. By car, Rolland Garros is at 7 minutes driving from the apartment.
