In this converted artist’s studio you will find a warm, cosy and slightly anachronistic atmosphere. The 60m2 apartment is sheltered from the noise of the street and surrounded by other workshops, and looks out onto an internal patio.

The original artist’s workshop feeling of the property was respected during its refurbishment in 2006. The original wooden and steel structures have been maintained and an interesting mix employed combining modern equipment with antique furniture such as a 17th century table and a Spanish mirror from the same period. The fascinating history of the property makes it unlike any contemporary apartment you will find.

In the entrance you will come to a small hallway of 10m2 and a U-shaped open-plan kitchen. From here you will move into the 20m2 living room where you will find a sofa-bed (190cm x 120cm), a music system, a television and a DVD player. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. The bedroom is located in the attic space and features a double bed (190cm x 140cm), as well as a children’s bed. The office area features a Mac Mini that includes a wireless internet connection.
The entrance hall and living room feature high ceilings (4.5m) and look out onto the patio which you can contemplate through the apartment’s large windows. The property has parquet flooring, and the walls, both in the kitchen and the hallway, are made from stone. A spiral staircase takes you up to the bedroom.

The area around the apartment has everything you might need including grocery stores, newspaper kiosk and a post office.
