This 18 qm studio was totally renovated in January 2005. It is situated at the first floor (without elevator) in a building, renovated in 2004. This lovely and well decorated studio is ideal for a business stay in Paris or for one person who is willing to visit the capital, a second bed (80x195cm) can be used for a second person. During your stay in Paris, the studio will offer you numerous facilities such as TV, hifi system and phone to receive calls. Further, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a little bathroom with shower.
The studio is very close to République, because of its numerous public transports, you will able in a nice and animated district with many options to go out (clothing stores, theatres, swimming pool, bars and restaurants), and at the same time to visit other quarters of Paris. There are 5 lines of metro passing under the place République, which you can easily reach from the apartment. This will allow you to visit the main Parisian monuments like the river Seine and its bridges, Notre Dame de Paris, Montmartre or the famous avenue Champs Elysées.
