The apartment was completely renovated in January 2005, and it offers a double bed (140x190cm), tv, heating, cupboards, wardrobe, a little kitchen (equipped with fridge, sink and hotplates), shower room and toilet. The apartment is situated at the 6th floor (without elevator) of a well conserved building (with digicode, magnetic key and intercom) in Château Rouge. The studio is very calm and clear thanks to its big windows, that let natural sunlight get in the apartment. It is well communicated, close to the apartment there are the two metro stations Château Rouge and Marcadet Poissonière, with the direct connection to city centre. The lines 4 and 12 will drive you to the most famous monuments of Paris. This accomodation is situated in a lively district close to Montmartre, thus the Sacré Coeur can be reached within only a 15 minutes walk. In the proximity of the aparmtent will find all the services and shops necessary for your stay in Paris.
Electricity is not included on the rental price.
From the 21th of June 2005 on the studio can be rent min 15 days.
