This rental apartment was totally refurbished in 2006 and is located on the premises of a private hotel from the 19th century, in district 20 of Paris. One can appreciate a safe and tranquil residence and with a concierge and a charming environment. This luminous apartment of 37m² can welcome up to 4 people. Close to public transportation and all the necessary services and amenities.
The flat is decorated with good taste and has a double bed (190x140cm), a sofa bed for two people in the living room, a bathroom with shower and WC. Well equipped with TV, DVD, music equipment and a washing machine. Guests may cook in the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, multifunction oven, electric stove, Espresso coffeemaker, toaster, boiler, etc.). Guests may also have supper in the numerous restaurants and bodegas of the district.
Other equipment provided for a pleasant stay: iron and ironing table, vacuum cleaner, sheets, towels and blankets. Observation: please respect the next guests in the apartment - it is prohibited to smoke and pets are not accepted.
The car is not needed during its stay (pay parking lot is close by).
In just a few minutes on foot guests may visit the cemetery of Père Lachaise. Take the tube line 9 (Maraîcher station) which travels directly to the great boulevards (Galerie Lafayette, Le Printemps…), the Champs-Élysées, the Grand and the Petit Palais, the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero.
With just one train change, it is possible to visit Disneyland Paris, Vincennes Castle and its forest, or to other districts of Paris like the Bastille, the Marais, Montparnasse and the Rue de Rennes, Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur, the Opera…
In the same way, it is possible to access the Stade de France in less than 30 minutes.
