Little studio in the center of Paris. Situated in the street Hauteville in the 10th district, this little studio was totally renovated in February 2005. Equiped basically and operational, this little studio in the center of Paris is 13m² big and can host one or two people for stays as long as 2 days as a month. Calm as it gives a courtyard, the studio is clear with its window that let natural sunlight get in. It consists of a double sofa bed (140x190 cm), of a little bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower and a little kithen where you can cook your meals. The studio is at the fourth floor of a typical Parisian building with elevator, digicode and intercom.Very well located in the centre of Paris, this little studio has 2 metro lines within a 2 minutes walk (lines 8 and 9) and a thirds (line 4) within a 5 minutes walk. This will allow you to reach directly numerous Parisian places such as the Champs Elysees, the Cité, Montmartre, Montparnasse, Nation...Besides the studio is by the very animated area of the Marais so you will be able to go to great shops very quick. Last but not least, in order to make your stay in Paris be a perfect one, you have all the necessary shops and services in the surroundings. Cleaning and linen and towel change are done every week and the owners that do not live very far will help you in case of need.
The studio is rather no-smoking.
