The apartment is situated in the 4th floor with elevator, of a building from the 18th century, wich was renovated recently. The apartment is very comfortable and charming with its parquet floors and a Parisian style chimney. It is furnished with a lot of good taste and fully equipped. The apartment measures 70m² and is ideal for a stay in Paris during your holiday in France; it can host from 1 to 4 persons, because of its double bed (190x140cm) in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed (190x140 in the living room). The living room gives on the street, whereas the bedroom on a calm courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Further you will find there a completely furnished american kitchen. The apartment is situated in Saint Germain des Près in the center of Paris, and is ideal for a holiday stay in the capital. From the apartment you can easily reach the Parc du Luxembourg, the river Seine and the Cité, while crossing the Pont Neuf. Close to the apartment you will find a metro line 10, stop Mabillon, and some meters further the line 4 (metro station Saint Germain des Près); you can also access directly the most famous district of Paris like the Latin Quarter, Montparnasse or Montmartre. Finally, near the apartment you will find numerous shops, services, stores or also café-restaurants. NOTE: The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 10 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
