"L'appartamento globalmente potrebbe essere più che soddisfacente ma ci sono troppe pecche abbastanza gravi. Tra i principali difetti:
- Tutti i rubinetti perdono (molto)
- Uno dei materassi a posto singolo è messo a terra e non su rete
- Cucina molto sporca, piccola e in pessime condizioni
- Una delle finestre non si può aprire perché rotta
- Tavolo piccolissimo (per una casa dichiarata per 4 persone)
Le uniche cose positive sono il divano letto (in quanto comprato nuovo) e il bagno in buone condizioni. Inoltre ottima la posizione molto centrale dell'appartamento, anche se con lo svantaggio di forti rumori notturni (specialmente nei week-end)."

"El apartamento estaba sucio, el cuarto de baño era lo que estaba más limpio, aunque la puerta tenia manchas negras. Los colchones blandos y al pasar los días se hacían un agujero en el centro. La ropa estaba y olía a limpia. Lo mejor es su ubicación cerca de todos los sitios. Seria necesario darle una limpieza a fondo."
