Paris vacation rentals: Perfect apartment for business trips

  Great value, fantastic location, and very clean.

  Le logement est de bonne qualité mais la pièce principale (équipée de deux canapés lit) est beaucoup trop bruyante. Elle donne sur la rue, au dessus d'un Bar et en face d'une sortie de discothèque : du bruit jusqu'à au moins 5h du matin (nous sommes restés 3 nuits et les trois nuits ont ...été aussi bruyantes!!!). C'est un logement que je recommanderais uniquement pour 2 personnes occupant la chambre (où nos deux enfants ont dormi sans aucun problème de bruit)

  The apartment was excellently located for everything in Paris. We couldn't have asked for a better location for our weekend away. The apartments were on a street with late night bars but there was no disturbance from them late at night. The contact person was very friendly and helpful. This ...apartment made our trip to Paris better than I had expected. The information was clear, concise and relevant to the apartments at hand. It was made clear what to do and when.

  9/10. L'appartement nous a donné entière satisfaction : propreté, décoration, service (un appréciable : les draps et serviettes de toilette étaient fournis), situation géographique dans Paris, amabilité des gens rencontrés pour la remise des clefs...

  Extraordinariamente ruidoso,el baño muy pequeño para cinco personas,las mantas del apartamento con agujeros.La persona de contacto no la llegamos a conocer todo lo hicimos mediante los camareros del bar de abajo.

   Very nice appartement but quite noisy is you sleep in the living room. But the bedroom was nice and quiet. Great location.

  El apartamento está ubicado en un lugar excelente. Pero dado que es una zona de bastantes restaurantes y bares (zona de marcha), si se duerme en las camas del salón no se puede estar con las ventanas abiertas porque hay mucho ruido de gente hasta las 6 de la madrugada. NECESITA RENOVACION en ...cuanto a pintura y ropa de cama. Desde all paris apartments recibí una atención rápida y clara. Muchas gracias. 

  Appartement très agréable décoré avec beaucoup d'élégance. Excellente qualité d'accueil avec des placards de cuisine garnis en épicerie de base.

  Hübsch eingerichtet und relativ sauber. Die Sauberkeit am Esstisch und Toilette müssen verbessert werden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber dafür sehr laut -sehr laut - . Das Wohnzimmer liegt zur Fussgängerzone (Rue St Denis ), die rund um die Uhr belebt ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist wesentlich ...ruhiger - nach hinten gelegen. Aber unter dem Schlafzimmer befindet sich die Küche des Restaurants im gleichen Haus. Bei geöffneten Fenster ziehen die Gerüche ins Schlafzimmer. Das Internet funktioniert nicht störungsfrei. Im Vermieterbüro war immer jemand erreichbar.  

  El piso está bastante bien. Sobre todo si van sólo dos personas. Nosotros estuvimos 5 y la verdad es que estuvimos bastante apretaditos. Lo peor es que era un tercero sin ascensor y cuando llegas, estás reventado. Todo el edificio pertenece a los mismos propietarios, así que pedir ...previamente un apartamento que no sea más allá del tercero (creo que hay 6) porque llegaréis extasiados. Lo mejor, la situación. Estás a un paso de casi todo. En la estación de RER de Chatelet-Les halles puedes coger el tren al aeropuerto y a Disneyland Paris y está a menos de 5 minutos andando (¡fue una de las grandes ventajas!). Y si queréis ir a Versailles, podéis coger el RER en Notre Dame, que también está a 10 minutillos andando. En el restaurante de abajo (pertenece a los propietarios) se come muy bien. Los sofá cama estaban ya para renovar. Uno tenía una pata coja y tuvimos que poner libros debajo y el otro tenía una parte hundida. Aún así, como llegas muy cansado, duermes. Las sábanas estaban bien, limpias y suaves. La cocina es de vitrocerámica de las antiguas. Va un poco más lento de lo normal pero lo bueno es que tiene microondas y horno. Muy fácil para comer pizzas y cosas así. ¡Ah! Y también hay bastantes supermercados cerca y mil sitios para comer por la zona. Nosotros echamos de menos una cepillo para barrer y una fregona porque cenamos en el apartamento y el suelo quedó algo sucio. Tuvimos que limpiar con algo de papel de cocina y fairy. Tampoco había lavadora. Una cosa curiosa es que el suelo estaba un poco en pendiente. Yo no me di cuenta hasta que el último día me lo dijeron. Mi recomendación es la siguiente: - Si vais 2 personas es un sitio genial. Bien situado y con la pega sólo de los escalones. Pero si es de los primeros pisos o sois gente joven no hay problema porque las escaleras son de caracol y se hacen bastante rápido. - Si vais 4 ó 5 personas, mejor buscar un alojamiento con camas que no sean sofás, siempre y cuando esté por un precio similar. 5 personas en un apartamento tan pequeño y con las camas hechas en el salón es un poco agobiante. * Ah! No hablan español. Mejor que vaya alguien con conocimientos de francés o inglés para defenderse. Sobre All-paris-apartaments.com; al principio no me llegó el email de confirmación pero les escribí a la dirección de contacto y en muy pocas horas me dieron una respuesta. Así que, muy bien. Y 100% fiable. Nosotros no conocíamos esta web cuando cogimos el apartamento, pero hemos comprobado que funciona muy bien.  

  la ubicación excelente, ruidos por la noche, sobre todo de viernes a domingo. Menaje escaso y armarios minimos para la posibilidad de 4 a 5 personas. El pasillo y salon necesitan ser pintados.

  It was a great apartment in a great location!

  The apartment was exactly as advertised on the website - through the comment, photos and map. It was clean, spacious, well equipped. The location was perfect - really handy for all the key sights, with access to bus routes too and the metro/RER. It was, as I gathered from other feedback, very ...noisy for those in the front room when the bars and restaurants closed - so I would take ear plugs! My kids are heavy 'teenage' sleepers but they found it hard to shut out. However, you can't have everthing - and the choice of places to eat out at was great. The owner gave me information which was useful and got us off to a good start.

  While I knew there was no elevator and didn't really struggle, I think families with kids may have found it a challenge. The WiFi was not very good throughout most of the apartment, but was good if you took a seat to the front door. I knew it would be noisy based on the proximately of cafes and pubs... and that I was sleeping in the lounge, but I slept through it with no issue. F. was a brilliant contact who was helpful in every way possible. 

  Accommodation was fantastic and the host fabienne was great; very keen to help with directions to attraction sites. However after checking out, I contacted fabienne regarding some lost items and wanting to pick it up but there was no reply ever since

  tres bien pour presque tout...les etages a pied uff! On pardonne vite si on habite Paris y on on sait que les ascenseurs sont rares! dans l'ensemble super pour moi puis que mes amis il revent ancore...

  Our stay in Paris was great and the room was as described on the website. We stayed in the second floor apartment on a Wednesday night and had no noise problems. Check in was a breeze and F. and the downstairs cafe staff were all very helpful. Location was great and situated on a pedestrian laneway ...with many cafes and shops. Chatelet Metro station was also very close. Head for the rue Saint Denis exit.  

  The communication with the owner was excellent. The location is second to none with restaurants and bars within seconds walk. I would definitely recommend this apartment to annyone travelling to Paris and wanting to stay in a central location, close to all the sights.

  During our stay we saw 2 of the apartments, the first one where we spended our first night in Paris was perfect, it had everything including an airco to my surprise. Because of the airco we didn't had to open the windows and it was a calm night. The second night we moved to the other apartlent ...upstairs that didn't had an airconditioning. It was a very noisy night, we could not only hear the people in other apartments but also the bistro and restraunts outside. 

  The apartment was centrally located, we really enjoyed our time over there. The contact person was great, helping us all the time at everything we needed. The apartment does not have a lift so if that is a issue, just bear in mind that there are some flights of stairs to go up..

  Apartment was exactly as described on website. Very clean and well presented. Perfect location, close to Metro. Contact person very professional and easy to deal with. Would stay again.

  Estaba estupendo. Muy recomendable.

  Pictures of the appartment was accurate, but some walls were dirty and it smelled like old building. Stairs up to the appartment was narrow and the entrance was hard to locate. I had scheduled a meeting with the landlord, but she didn't answer her phone, so I had to call another number, which was ...connected to a resturant at the first floor. Had a bit trouble trying to locate and get help at first, but worked out fine as soon as we found eachother. This was not a dealbreaker but expected a more help from the landlord. All in all, mostly happy with the location, clean sheets and good space- so for anyone else looking for a central appartment, this is a good choice. 

  Good: Excellent location. 3 min walk from Chatelet Metro station. Apartment configuration is as per description. Clean rooms. Can be Improved: Wi-fi wasn't working well on a Sunday night that we stayed. Not able to get anyone to fix despite calls and message.

  The apartment was in the centre of Paris. It was easy to find and the hand over was done quickly and efficiently. Supermarket and bakery around the corner. Just a few minutes walk to the river and a pass on the Batobus makes getting around easy and pleasant.

  Appartement zag er precies zo uit als op de foto's. Uitstekende ligging, bezienswaardigheden goed te lopen, metro achter het appartement. Drukke buurt, hartje centrum, maar s'avonds weinig of geen last van verkeerslawaai. Uitstekende service met contact persoon, we mochten zelfs heel laat ...uitchecken, we hadden een late avond trein. We zullen zeker weer terugkomen.

  Very well located in the center of paris, a few steps from the metro. But it can get a bit noisy at night if you're sleeping in front!

  Comfortable and pleasant Place was very clean. We had contacted the lady to meet us at a certain time and she was there; even met us early so that we could relieve ourselves of our luggage for which we were grateful. The only thing that we could not get to work was the tv for our kids. Our stay was short but it was wonderful.

  Perfect location and very nice apartment. It was also very easy to get in touch with the owner and to arrange for the key handling, everything run smoothly and perfect!

  Todo excelente, salvo el sistema de acceso, sobre todo para quienes venimos sin teléfono celular y además la concersación en Ingles?? Resuelto eso todo muy bueno, al igual que la relación precio-calidad

  The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and very well located. The owner was very helpful and attentive. The best part was the cafe on the ground floor that was managed by the owner. Excellent food and very good service. The bedroom however should have had a double bed instead of two single... beds. It was also very warm when we were there. A fan would have been useful. But that aside, it was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it any day.

  Very good location, you can find everything in the neighbour, food, shopping, musea,... The owner is very friendly and speaks fluently English. It was a nice stay.

  Apartment location is great, F. is fantastic, and cafe downstairs a delight. Beds is twin room not too comfortable, and I would suggest they should be replaced, but overall a great stay! Would use it again.

  This is a really central, clean and well maintained apartment. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating.

  Ubicado en inmejorable situación, en una calle peatonal esquina con Rue Rívoli. Muy luminoso, limpio y bien equipado. Las camas y sofás- cama muy cómodos. El único "problema" es que no tiene ascensor.La persona de contacto, F, muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Nos facilitó el ...dejar las maletas hasta la hora de salida de nuestro tren (por la tarde).Un apartamento para 5 personas muy recomendable.

  We stayed for a weekend, 4 adults we made up the 2 bed settees easily. We never ate in the apartment as there are plenty of good cafes & restaurants all reasonably priced. Recommend taking the taxi boat to drop off at different sightseeing attractions. It was lively at night because it was a lovely summers evening. We loved Paris

  Defiantly not suitable for families. I travelled with my wife and 4 kids. (ages 4 - 14)Situated in a noisy area on top of a restaurant with a very small stairwell and no elevator.No double bed in the main room, 2 single beds pushed together and they don't stay together during the night as the floors... were very slippery any movement on the bed - moved the entire bed.Shower facilities are terrible.Home décor includes a pentagram on the door, pictures entitled "blood monster" and "greed" in the stairwell on the way, voodoo like masks hanging from the walls. (As a Christian - I felt very uncomfortable).I stayed one night of the 8 I had book, and then booked into a hotel.That being said, the place was clean and the person assisting me was friendly. I dod not meet the owner. I did not get hold of the owner until the day I was supposed to get in, at that point I had no idea where I was going. 

  Very close the center and metro. Most important is the friendly face/s of the person that received us.

  Appartamentino luminoso e caldo, situato in pieno centro, vicinissimo alle principali attrattive parigine.Consigliatissimo per la posizione eccellente ma un po' carente dal punto di vista del confort. Aspetti negativi:tutti gli scarichi (wc,cucina,doccia,lavabo e acquaio) quasi otturati e scala a ...chiocciola stretta senza ascensore. Chi alloggia agli ultimi piani deve sgambettare un po'! Proprietari abbastanza cortesi e disponibili.

  Great location, very close to tourist attractions and metro links. The apartment is light and spacious and there is a good local eatery below the apartment too!
