The building, built in Hausmanian style, and dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, has been recently renovated. The interior is being renovated so the building has a lift in it. The building’s residents are quiet; the owners live in the same building, which has very few residents. Access to the building is protected by a PIN code and an entry phone. The studio, which has a surface area of approximately 25m 2, is warm and sunny, and is located on the first floor, has: - An entrance (with a reinforced door) with a coat stand, as well as a corner especially designed for the computer (flat screen and free Internet access) This area is adjacent to a door which is locked, so that you can put your personal belongings in it. A living room with a double room with quality sheets, a small table with two chairs, a stool, a small rug, a low table, a cable TV, plants and wall decoration. A bathroom with a big window which overlooks the bedroom. A separate kitchen, with all kinds of facilities, gas plates with two rings, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, a corner to eat at with two stools, crockery and kitchen utensils, a toaster and an electric kettle. Separate toilet, with a window, a set of shelves to keep your belongings in, and an iron. An individual heater, which provides you both with hot water, as well as heating It’s all completely new, with flowers in the windows. You will also find books and magazines in the apartment, and the owners are available to offer you any kind of information you may need. You only thing you have to do is enjoy your stay!
