Paris vacation rentals: Studio close to the Louvre

  Some shelving door needs repair. The price is adequate supply.

  À ce prix dans le 1er arrondissement de Paris, on ne s'attend pas à du luxe. Néanmoins, la propreté est importante, et cet appartement nécessite un grand ménage. L'odeur de moississure est presque insupportable, la salle de bains et particulièrement la douche étaient sales, la céramique ...de la douche colle sous les pieds tellement elle est poisseuse! Les photos ont sûrement été prises il y a longtemps, parce que les murs sont jaunis, les meubles avachis. Par contre le matelas était correct. Le seul accès par un escalier intérieur vétuste et deux portes verrouillées électriquement aurait donné des cauchemars à un pompier. Si le feu prend, les locataires seront pris au piège. Le point positif était son emplacement à 5 min à pied du Louvre et autres attractions. 

  Very good if you want a place to sleep and be in the middle of Paris. Wedid not use the kitchenette, it did not invited to cook because was too tight and the studio has only one window. Good for have breakfast or a snack at the end of the day. Contact people is very kind. The place was clean. Do not expect any kind of view from there.

  The apartment was in a perfect location!! Only complaints was that it was a bit noisy at night with people walking past and also there wasnt a great smell if the windows had been closed!! Would use again!! we were aloud stay til 5pm which was great cause had a late flight!!

  The apartment is as described on the site. Perfect for 2 people. You can only do a little breakfast but to cook is not easy and not practical.

  Everything was excellent! The apartment very nice, clean with new repair! And location on the really French street with a lot of nice store and café. The nearest metro station is about 5 metres, and walk to Louvre takes 10-15 minutes.

  Le mobilier n%u2019étatit pas celui que nous attandez en voyant les photos. Il faut améliorer le sofa et élargir le table.

  The accommodation is perfect for a couple, small but cleverly designed, I managed to make some nice meals there despite what people were saying in previous comments about the kitchen size, there is no oven but it was still fine. The area is perfect, you have some great japanese restaurants, and ...Michel Cluizel(Best chocolatier in the world) is across the street pretty much. 2 minute walk to the Louvre, very central. I will definitely be booking with All-Paris-Apartments again. Very attentive, patient people. 

  Appartamento minuscolo, non molto pulito, in zona molto centrale. Vicinato rumoroso.

  The place is tremendously well located, in the heart of Paris. Is an old apartment as described in the site, well conserved but the internal equipments presented some problems during operation as the cook top, the hair dryer and the internet. It annoyed us a little bit but wasn´t a big deal. Good service, I really recomend the site.

  la stanza si trova in una ottima posizione della città,molto centrale e servito! la mancanza dell'ascensore e la lavatrice dopo un pò si fa sentire! il divano è molto scomodo ed è assolutamente non pulito!!! però la casa viene consegnata pulita e ordinata. Attenzione all'acqua calda che è ...praticamente Bollente e può veramente far male!!!comunque per il prezzo che viene proposto rispetto al quartiere etc direi che è il migliore a Parigi! questo sito invece è assolutamente affidabile ed organizzato! 

  While the apartment was basic (up difficult stairs, tiny TV with no English channels, cramped kitchenette and bathroom - including a miniscule shower with sensitive water control with excessively hot water), the location, and assistance provided by our contact person more than made up for any ...deficiencies. Anne (our contact) did far more than could be reasonably expected, and we would rate her assistance higher than excellent if there was room on the scale! Paperwork and information provided was of a very high standard. Contact person ( as already mentioned) was perfect.

  Did not find out that the building did not have an elevator until after we made the booking. It was difficult taking heavy luggage up several flights of narrow stairs. We requested a twin room and had to use a sofa bed which meant we had to re-arrange the furniture at night. It was cramped. A ...lamp was provided in the living area which wasn't satisfactory in cramped conditions. We were not physically checked out and left some cash for an extra night we were able to stay. This has not been receipted, will be checking my credit card statement when it comes in as I couldn't fully understand the deposit details even though we paid for everything in cash as requested.  

  The contact person harrased us so much trying to collect extra money that we finally left 3 days early. It was very uncomfortable.

  TODO CORRECTO A LO QUE HABÍAMOS CONTRATADO, SITUACION, EQUIPAMIENTO. LO MEJOR LA SITUACION

  Posizione ottima!!! Appartamento comodo, qualche asciugamani in più sarebbe benvenuti...le pulizie di fondo sarebbe molto utile! Nel insieme siamo stati proprio bene!

  Ci siamo trovati bene. L'appartamento rispettava la descrizione fatta sul sito.

  The apartment is very small - with two beds open (wall bed and sofa bed) there was onlz about 4-5 inches of space between them. Getting to the bathroom was a challenge. The Internet connection was there, but was unable to make it work even though the router was in the same room.

  Excellent location in the heart of Paris. The window overlooks the courtyard-absolute silence noise from transport is not audible. All matches what was published in the web. The best price-quality ratio.

  Muy sucio, mal amueblado, incómodo. Sábanas sucias. Solo estaban las inferiores. Toallas insuficientes para tres personas. Vecinos muy ruidosos Imposible dormir en condiciones: suciedad, calor, ruidos. Correcto excepto con la persona de contacto en el piso

  the apartment is not as new as it looks in the web. the bathroom is not in good conditions and its cleanliness is poor. the cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen tools (coffee machine, glasses, etc) is extremely poor. for examples some cups and glasses very dirty.

  It was perfectly positioned for a few days in Paris. We walked everywhere. The apartment is very small, with the bed hinged to the wall, but I guess it keeps the price reasonable for the excellent location. The contact people were very easy to deal with as well.

  Oh dear, where do I start! What was good? It was clean, it was well situated geographically. What caused us to move and lose our money? Firstly, it is up 3 flights of very slippery old wood steps that slope downwards (hazard!) and are very difficult with suitcases and impossible in heels. It also ...takes two different key codes and a dodgy door key to get into the room (you can't call it an apartment). No good after a night out! Then there is the size. Yes, we knew it would be small but when both beds are out, well, there is just one big bed as there is no gap! You have to climb over people to get to the tiny loo in the night. Then the loo - NO VENT OR WINDOW - not smooth! Don't come if unless you are sure you will only ever use for number ones or the whole room stinks as the only window is the opposite side of the room. The kitchen, isn't a kitchen at all. It's a small cupboard but has the basics. We didn't stay long enough to use. Abandoned in favour of hotel after a horrid first night sleep. Sorry, not for me! 

  You can't hear street noise, but you hear every rustle on the stairs. And if sometimes at midnights guests stomp like a herd of elephants and make noise like a pack of monkeys... you hear it very good. But location is better than any discomfort.

  The place is right in the center of Paris. We can walk around. The building is old but comfortable enough to stay a few nights. We like having kitchen facilities for home-cooking.

  Appartamento piccolo ma molto funzionale, con tutto l'indispensabile. Posizione perfetta...nel cuore della città...a 100 metri dal louvre e in prossimità delle più importanti attrazioni della città. Fermata metro (Tuileries) a 200 metri.

  Aspetto positivo:l'appartamento si trova in una posizione eccellente in pieno centro e vicino alla metro. A pochi passi c'è anche la fermata dei bus Open Tour con cui visitare comodamente la città.Aspetti negativi: 1)l'appartamento si raggiunge tramite una scala di legno molto scomoda e faticosa. ...Fortunatamente l'abbiamo percorsa solo due volte al giorno, all'uscita e al rientro dai nostri giri.2) l'appartamento è molto molto piccolo e sembra più una camera di hotel. La cucina è quasi inesistente (1 m2) ed il bagno piccolo.Il soggiorno per 3 pax è sconsigliato (meglio 2 pax) in quanto c'è un divano letto ed un letto a scomparsa (in un armadio).Una volta aperti i letti non si passa!Infine è d'obbligo una pulizia approfondita (troppa polvere!)! Considerato il prezzo pagato però può passare. Il vs. assistente A. è stato molto gentile, ci ha fornito le informazioni necessarie ed ha anche prenotato il transfer di rientro all'apt.  

  Wir, 2 Studentinnen buchten dieses Apartment für 1Woche. Das Apartment ist in einem NOCH akzeptablen Zustand aber eher abgewohnt und teilweise dreckig! Der Vermieter der uns Empfing, war recht freundlich, nachdem wir aber nachdem er weg war bemerkten dass es kein Bettzeug gab, wollte er uns auf ...den nächsten Tag vertrösten, wir bestanden aber darauf noch am seleben Tag Bettzeug zu bekommen, dann meinte er auf einmal dass in einem Schrank im Zimmer Bettzeug wäre-AHA?!, das Wifi funktionierte schlecht, das Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, wir hatten ständig Probleme die Türe zur Wohnung abzusperren, da das Schloss irgendwie kaputt war, und das Apartment war realtiv schmutzig! der einzige riesen PLUS Punkt: Die Lage!!!! Ich bin mir unsicher ob wie nochmal buchen würden!

  Tres bien situe, pres de tout. Proprietaire repond a nos questions. Bon contact.Par contre tres petit. Ce logement nous a convenu malgre cela. Un coup de pinceau ne ferait pas de tord. Aussi, pendant notre sejour la propritaire nous a contacte par email pour se renseigner si tout se passait bien. Ce que j'ai apprecie. Note finale 8/10

  Great location. The studio is small but equiped with all needed for a short stay and comfortable for 2 people. We were welcommed on time as it was agreed in advance. The contact person was very kind and responded every time we have questions.

  Muy buena la ubicacion y la predisposicion de la propietaria. Hubo un problemita con una termica de la corriente pero luego vino el electricista y lo soluciono, saludos

  The sdudio is small, located in quite old building with wooden floor. You can hear easy all the neighbor's problems. You have everything you need for a short stay in Paris. The location is good. You can walk to most attractions by foot.

  Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto l'essenziale per una vacanza Parigina,situato in una zona centralissima e piena di negozi,si può raggiungere qualsiasi Monumento o Museo anche a piedi,fermata Metro a due passi,proprietario gentile e cortese, e poi che dire di Parigi.....STUPENDA !!! lo prenoterei di sicuro per un eventuale ritorno.

  Posizione ottima, servizi piccoli ma adatti per lo stretto necessario, abbastanza pulito, l unica cosa più scomoda sono le scale.

  Monolocale a due passi dal Louvre ,metrò praticamente sotto casa,tranquillo la notte ,Wi-Fi, Tv e radio.migliorerei pentolame , il divano letto è comodissimo ma un po' troppo grande se si utilizzano entrambi i letti.

  esta bien pero podria estar mejor , mas limpio, mas toallas, mas luz, , la situacion inmejorable esta en el centro de todo lo importante para ver en PARIS cerca una oficina de turismo , y una vez estas en el apartamento es muy tranquilo , pero deja un poco q desear la limpieza del apartamento y ...sobre todo la de la ropa de las camas , resumiendo bien pero podria mejorarse en la limpieza yen mejorar un poco las intalaciones q tiene el apartamento  

  It's very convenient apartment for two people, or even two plus 1. Location is excellent! Clear, quiet and very friendly owner. So, I'll come back for sure and recommend for everybody.

  Lo mejor sin duda la ubicacion. En pleno centro com un encanto unico. El apartamento muy pequeño pero tenia lo imprescindible para estar alli unos dias.Lo unico negativo fue que no tienen servicio de limpieza. Si estas alojado mas de una semana, como fue mi caso, es necesario!Valoracion global buena.

  The location is very central and convenient and the sofa bed is one of the most comfortable. However, if you are going to rent this apartment you will need to bring your own soap, toilet paper and light bulbs. The internet is unreliable. We had no internet for four of the seven days we rented ...this apartment. No reply from the contact we had when we sent a text message to them and when we eventually managed to get internet at the Louvre to email the owner, the response was that the service provider had a problem in the area. This is unbelievable as any service provider which is out of service for that long would be out of business. The apartment was very grubby and the building very noisy with people partying until the small hours of the morning. 

  In our opinion, the apartment (especially the kitchen) was dirty and did not look exactly as in the pictures. Very difficult to open the doors and window. The toilet seat was broken and the radiator in the bathroom is loose. We could not rest properly at night as the apartment was very noisy.

  Even though the apartment is very small it is comfortable and practical. It's asset is the location!
