"The location of the apartment was very good, but its standard was below our expectations. The flat requires immediate renovation. The apartment didn't meet our expectations because we thought it would be a nicer apartment for what we paid. the location and the contact person was very helpful but the apartment itself wasn't very much of our choice."

"wir waren mit der kleinen wohnung sehr zufrieden und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. generell hat die wohnung ein kleines feuchtigskeitproblem, was sich durch abblättern der farbe bemerkbar macht. dies ist aber wohl eher ein ploblem für den eigentümer. bei der schlüsselübergabe wurden wir sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen. ebenso bei unserer extem fühen abreise gab es keinerlei probleme. wir konnten den schlüssel einfach im studio zurücklassen. die rückzahlung der kaution war ebenso kein thema, da der vermieter sie gar nicht beansprucht hat. alles in allem würden wir dort jederzeit wieder quartier nehmen."

"Basic. Pillows are tacky and need replacing. Duvet and mattress rather thin. Blankets could stand an upgrade. One is merely an old sleeping bag unfolded. The kitchen is well stocked. Clean. A few changes could make this a lovely place. The owner should spend some of the rent money on the upgrade. But the Montmartre neighbourhood quiet and exciting. Many shops. Great markets. Metro and bus nearby. Very hilly, of course, in the shadow of Sacre Coure (sp). Some information about transportation and events in Paris plus a map or two would be good if supplied by the contact person. That's what you get in a hotel but missing here. All in all, a pleasant experience as the apartment grows on you."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, obwohl sie sehr zentral liegt ( nur 500m von Sacre Cour) .Die ganze Abwicklung verlief sehr unproblematisch und professionell. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hält was sie verspricht. Wenn man denn Zitat " jede reise fängt mit dem ersten Schritt an..." dann war diese Wohnung der Perfekte Ort um den ersten Schritt zu tun Richtung Paris erkunden;-)

"Alojados diez días. La persona que nos atendió fue amable, agradecemos mucho que fuera flexible con las horas de entrada y salida del apartamento, especialmente con la hora de entrada, también nos pareció estupendo que tuvieran distintos artículos como aceite, vinagre, sal, papel de cocina e higiénico y otros; no nos gustó que no nos diera factura y que dejaran 4 toallas para 10 días.
Además, nos gustaría sugerirle al propietario que CAMBIE las dos sartenes pequeñas con muchísimas abolladuras (toda una proeza usarlas); el sucio taburete de plástico que tiene a modo de mesilla de noche; los dos caminos de mesa con manchas de grasa por un mantel limpio; que acorte la larga cortina de ducha ya que la bañera se estrecha en el fondo, y queda poco espacio con peligro de pisarla y resbalar; que tape los agujeros de la pared del cuarto de baño con yeso y no a medias con un poster; que arregle la toma de corriente de la televisión (actualmente cuelga); que ponga toma de corriente en el cuarto de baño (dentro, no fuera como está ahora), algún toallero y alguna balda (para poner los productos de aseo); la nevera tiene roto el termostato; no hay microondas, como aparece en el equipamiento, sino un horno convencional con un interior mugriento; necesarios una fregona y un cubo (se nos cayó líquido al suelo de la cocina y al final estaba pegajoso, igual que el del cuarto de baño); quizás pegajoso por varias estancias y no sólo por la nuestra; en general, el apartamento está sucio, los cristales son opacos y la antihigénica moqueta tiene mucho polvo, sumado esto a lo anterior, hace que el aspecto sea "cutre"; deberían actualizar las fotos de la página de All-Paris-Apartments.com, porque son de cuando el apartamento era nuevo y ahora está muy deteriorado, sin reformar, especialmente cocina y cuarto de baño.
Por otro lado, para tomar algo La Chope de Chateau Rouge (son amables y honestos), no recomendamos Le Troquet, 8 euros una cerveza grande y otra pequeña (no dominar el idioma es lo que tiene), ambas en Rue de Clignancourt, 40 y 36 respectiamente. Nos ha parecido correcta la atención prestada de all-paris-apartments.com"

El propietario nos confirma las siguientes mejoras: Las tomas de corriente han sido revisadas y sustituidas. Se ha añadido un microondas en el equipamiento para facilitar la estancia. Si durante la estancia es necesario algún tipo de accesorio de limpieza el propietario esta disponible para ayudarles o hacerles llegar los mismos.

""Appartamento "grazioso e pulito,ben fornito, un piccolo problema al frigorifero che funziona solo alla massima temperatura. Bella posizione, proprio a due passi dalla chiesa del Sacro Cuore, in piena Montmartre, tranquilla la strada che è pedonale.Molto gentile la persona di contatto. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità nell'accoglienza del nostro cane che viaggiava con noi.
Buon servizio; vi chiedo, anche se dipende in piccola parte da voi, di aumentare l'offerta di appartamenti che accettano il cane e gli animali in generale a Parigi. Al limite potrebbe essere inserita una penale per coloro che provocassero danni all'appartamento. Grazie e arrivederci "
