Paris vacation rentals: Studio close to Beaubourg

  Excellent well set out apartment, comfortable bed. Quiet and secure location. It may be up a few floors, but you only carry your bags up once. BBC and Fox Channels.

  Apartment was great, location very central, very quiet, would stay again next time in Paris. Free use of phone & broadband internet was excellent. Walking the stairs was no problem. Would recommend to anyone.

  Beautiful sunny apartment in a quiet location, had everything we needed. Being located near the Pompidou Centre meant we could walk to all of the major attractions and always find our way home. Having use of a phone to make free overseas calls was a bonus.

  There are a lot of sights not far away of the apartment. The apartment has everything you need and the contact person is very friendly.

  Das Apartment: Das Apartment ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit den weiß übermalten Holzbalken an der Decke strahlt das Apartment eine besondere Gemütlichkeit aus. Internet (WLAN) und Telefon (Europa und Nordamerika) können kostenlos genutzt werden. Über den ...Receiver können Urlaubsfotos direkt über den Flachbildschirm angeschaut werden (per USB). Die Lage: Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Centre Pompidou. Sehr viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erlaufen werden. Unter anderem die Kathedrale Notre Dame, das Louvre, der Jardin de Luxembourg und natürlich das Centre Pompidou. Die Fußgängerzone zwischen Les Halles und dem Centre Pompidou in nur zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Der Stadtteil Marais mit seinem besonderen Flair grenzt direkt an das Apartment an. Die U-Bahnstation ist in drei Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter: Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie hinterlassen jedem Mieter eine Mobiltelefonnummer, über welche sie jederzeit zu erreichen sind. Die Vermieter haben uns mehrmals darauf hingewiesen, dass wir bei Fragen oder Probleme ohne zu zögern anrufen sollen. 

  The apartment looks exactly as it does in the web photos; location is great as we could walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre (Pompidou Centre was a great landmark for finding our way home).

  Ein sehr schönes Appartment in zentraler Lage von Paris. Gute Ausstattung, ruhige aber dennoch verkehrsgünstige Lage, sehr freundliche Kontaktperson :-)

  The room is nice and we like the decoration vy much, it looks exactly the same as the photoes shown in the hp. Sightseeing places are within wlk distance and convenient store/market are just right on the next street. Contact person is nice and helpful too that she would give u any help if u hv any ...enquiry. I would definitely recommend my frd to take this apartment as their stay in Paris. 

  Aunque es un 4 sin ascensor, está muy bien situado, es tranquilo, muy nuevo y limpio y muy recomendable.

  Tres bel appartement, magnifiquement situé, très confortable. Absolument rien à redire et je vais surement le relouer lors de mon prochain passage.

  Die gepflegte Wohnung ist mit Roissybus und Metro vom Flughafen sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Blick über die Dächer und Hinterhöfe auf das Centre Pompidou ist einmalig. Trotz verspäteter Ankunft hat uns die Kontaktperson herzlich aufgenommen. Das Abiente hält, was die Fotos versprechen. Sehr ...angenehm: Free W-Lan und Internet-Telefon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! 

  This compact apartment was very centrally located opposite the Pompidou Centre, minutes from the metro and had everything that we could wish for during our stay in Paris - a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, wi-fi. The apartment and facilities were clean and in excellent condition. Our ...contact was also very friendly with a lot of useful local information and kindly checked to see how we were doing. Highly recommended. 

  Ich war mit meiner Tochter (11 Jahre) für 5 Tage in Paris und wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. 3 Minuten zur nächsten Metrostation, netter Spaziergang zum Louvre und Notre Dame.

  Het was een heel schattig appartement en precies zoals de foto's laten zien. Een comfortabel bed, hygienische doucheruimte en praktisch keukenblok. De trap naar het appartement is wel een klim. maar heel goed voor de dagelijkse exercise. Super locatie, heel centraal gelegen en in nabije omgeving ...genoeg restaurantjes en winkels om je te vermaken en de metro is ook heel erg dichtbij.  

  The location is great. There is a backery and supermarket just around the corner. Very close to metro and city centre. However the appartment is thin-walled and you could hear the next door neighboor and his guest coming in and out of the apartment. Unfortunately this mainly happened in the middle of the night. Quit uncomfortable if you try to sleep.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden!! Das Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage, es ist sehr schnell vom Flughafen Charles de Gaulle zu erreichen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in walking-distance. Es war sehr sauber und ist gut ausgerüstet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir waren zu dritt mit ...unserem Kleinkind und es hat von der Grüße her sehr gut gepasst. Wir können dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!!! Hat alles super funktioniert!!!

  This apartments was perfect for our 1-week stay in Paris. The location is fantastic and the apartment is clean, secure and well-maintained. The photos are very accurate. Line emailed us with clear instructions on how to get the key and where to put it when we left. We would absolutely recommend ...this apartment to friends. It was a great all-around experience. Perfect. Everything was as promised and we were very pleased. We'll definitely go through this company again for future travel accomodations! 

  Nice, complete appartment in nice environment. Central location, near to metrostation. Great bakery around the corner! 4th floor without elevator was a challenge sometimes..;-)

  Schon letztes Jahr habe ich im Juni dieses Apartment für eine Woche bewohnt. Und daher bin ich auch dieses Jahr wieder gekommen und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr gut. Die Lage am Rande des Marais-Viertels ist sehr gut. Metro und Bus sind gut erreichbar. Trotz der ...innerstädtischen Lage hält sich der Umgebungslärm in Grenzen, da das Apartment in einem Seitenflügel im Blockinneren liegt. Bei offenem Fenster hört man nur die Lüftungsanlagen des nahen Centre Pompidou und falls es Open-Air-Theater in einem der benachbarten Innenhöfe gibt. Ist aber selten. Ansonsten: Nur zu empfehlen. Der Service des Vermieters ist gut und freundlich. 

  Bell'appartamento con vista sul Beaubourg, situato in un bel quartiere vivo e ben servito (supermercati, boulangerie, locali,ristoranti metropolitana nelle vicinanze.) L'appartamento è ben equipaggiato, pulito e silenzioso è sicuramente una buona sistemazione per visitare Parigi. Unico aspetto ...negativo, il quarto piano senza ascensore, ma a parte questo davvero consigliato!! La descrizione dell'appartamento sul sito corrisponde alla realtà 

  Great location. I was travelling alone and didn't feel scared when returning to the house in the evening. Clean and comfortable.

  Las vistas son impresionantes. Lo único malo fue la escalera para subir a una cuarta planta, que es de caracol... Por lo demás, todo perfecto. Notre Dame está a 10 minutos andando, y el Pompidou es un gran refugio para evitar las lluvias. Maravillosos los crepes de los que disfrutamos por esta zona.

  Die Informationen auf Internet sind sehr gut und entsprechen effektiv dem Studio. Komme gerne wieder in zurück.

  The apartment was exactly as on the pictures - it was clean and comfortable and extremely well located. There's a metro station a few minutes walk and also supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and shops all around. An of course, the Pompidou Centre is across the road! Line provided direction well in ...advance and advised us that we would be greeted by B. who would check us in. There was a bit of confusion as to how much was outstanding to pay, as we paid a deposit, but L. was quick to email back to correct/confirm the balance. This was done very well. The apartment is rather small and on the 4th floor but that's completely understandable and expected in Europe, and in all buildings in particular. I would definitely recommend this apartment - good value for money given the location and proximity to the major sights - and would book it again for a stay in Paris. Thanks again L. and B.!

  The apartment was wonderful and in a great location but let down by a few things. The kitchen tap was loose in the sink and the oven not fitted in correctly. The bathroom window would not close leaving the room cold without the heating on full. It was also slightly grubby around the corners of the ...sink and shower. No deposit was required for the apartment leaving me carrying a large amount of money about. I emailed to check on how the 500 euro deposit was required and told to bring cash. When I arrived at the apartment the contact said there was no deposit so I was left with a large amount of cash to worry about. Also I had to change the money from pounds to euros so I lost out on the exchange rate when changing it back. 

  Nice quiet appartment in the center of Paris. we can recomment it very much.

  This apartment is a cute one, nice good size, great place in the city, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better, a 7.5/10 for the cleaning. It was small cleaning needed, not general. The contact person was very nice and helpful as he helped us climb all the bags up the stairs as the apartment is on a high floor.

  Lage perfekt. Einrichtung optimal. Sehr ruhig! Wichtiger Hinweis: 88 Stufen sind zu bewältigen. Einziges Minus: sehr schlampig geputzt.

  Loved The apartment great location close to restuarants bars and metro.

  Appartment was clean and had everything we needed in it. The location was brilliant, lots of great shops in little back streets, it had a great village feel to to it. There was no lift but that wasnt an issue for us, we needed the extra exercise! My only criticism would be is that it could do with... pulling out the bed and giving it a good vacuum as there was a bit of a build up of dust around the bed. Would definately stay there again.

  Appartement Idéalement situé idéalement, calme, propre. Lit en bon état. Salle de bain petite mais suffisante. Personnes de contacts très aimables et pas compliqués. Nous avons vécu un très bon acceuil. Seul le canapé n' est plus très acceuillant. Si nous retournons à Paris notre choix retombera sur ce studio.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Paris. The apartment is in a great central location, near Centre Georges Pompidou, near metro, excellent places to eat and to reach every part of Paris. We loved it. The actual apartment is very attractively and comfortably furnished. It is gorgeous. ...Yes there are a lot of stairs so some people may find this difficult but I thought it was good exercise to climb them every day. I would like to recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Paris. Also, the owner was very reliable, friendly and helpful by email contact.

  Centralismo.a tre minuti dall'hotel de ville e dal centre pompidou

  The bathroom was very dirty and very mouldy in one corner. It had been given a small clean over however not a thorough one. In the laundry there was a basket of wet towels, I'm, not sure if the owner left them there or the previous tenants, but this should have been seen at the time of cleaning. The... WIFI was terrible. Other than that everything was wonderful, the apartment was great, and I would definitely stay there again if I could have a word to the person responsible for cleaning. The contact person was very friendly and helpful; he even helped us with the luggage up the stairs.

  Äußerst zentral gelegenes und charmantes Appartement mit Blick über die Dächer der Nachbarhäuser zum Centre Pompidou. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen.

  Die Wohnung war sauber, modern und in einer perfekten Lage. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Das Badezimmer ist zwar ´sehr klein und eng, aber es hat gereicht. Unsere Kontaktperson war pünktlich vor Ort. Ansonsten hatten wir nicht viel mit der ...Kontaktperson zu tun, war aber alles in Ordnung und angenehm und alles hat super geklappt. 

  Despite the good location, my wife and I decided you couldn't stay here due to the unsanitary nature of the place. In just a few minutes inspection, we found hairs, yellow stains and lipstick marks on the bedsheets, the sofa was covered in dirt and greasy looking patches, the coffee table was ...similarly filthy and the cooker covered in a film of dust. And this was just the grime we could see. We did not even want to go to the bathroom, so I cannot comment on that. We left and stayed in a Hotel nearby instead. Despite paying in full on arrival and providing photos of all of the issue, we were refused any refund from the owner and yet ( a month later) even to receive a receipt. My recommendation: avoid.

  Lovely apartment in a great location. I would stay here again in the future. The only downside might be the fact it's on a fourth floor reachable only by a very narrow staircase, not so comfortable to climb with a big suitcase but other than that, it was absolutely worth it. I cannot think of a ...better location, you're in the heart of Marais which I think it's also the best area to be as starting point for any sightseeing.

  Très bien, rien à dire, appartement refait à neuf , un 4ème sans ascenseur mais en récompense une belle vue. Appartement très fonctionnel et très central, proche du métro, avec de nombreux commerces à proximité et en face du Centre Pompidou. Personne de contact très agréable

  Tutto ottimo, accogliente, piena di luce, centralissimo. Ci siamo sentite subito " a casa". Suggerisco, asciugacapelli e spremagrumi. L'illuminazione sopra allo specchio in bagno non funziona. Abbiamo apprezzato anche molto il negozio Bio all'angolo, suggerisco di metterlo nel sito.

  Nice apartment with all mod cons, clean and pleasant in a lovely old building in a great spot in the old historic Marais area of Paris. Amazingly perfect of anyone visiting the Archives Nationales, or the Centre Pompidou. A lovely helpful owner, merci L.!

  Great location but the apartment stuck of ciggarettes - BAD - the oder was in the bedding, furniture, etc. It wasn't a case of maybe the person before us smoking in the flat. You could tell it was a "smoker

  Ubicacion excelente, a 5min de Notre Dame. Llegamos a Paris un dia festivo y no hubo ningun problema. Esta muy bien equipado; tiene una calefaccion excelente. Las fotos corresponden fielmente a la realidad. Hay que pensar en el roaming telefonico para avisar al propietario de la llegada. Nos ha encantado. Volveremos.

  Die Wohnung an sich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings war uns die Wohnung nicht sauber genug. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat hingegen einwandfrei geklappt.

  Apartamento excelentemente ubicado, desde la ventana veíamos la parte trasera de Beaubourg. Sin ascensor, eso ya lo sabíamos, pero los 4 pisos se suben sin mayor problema. Interior muy agradable y apartamento muy completo a nivel de electrodomésticos y demás menaje. Un "chez nous parisien" muy recomendable.

  Wifi good. Owner nice/helpful. But that is about all good. Place was filthy. Kitchen cupboards dirty inside. Cutlery/pots were dirty. Frying pan unusable, it was even rusty. Kitchen counter very dirty and had dead bugs on it. Top of all the cupboards around the whole apartment look like they have ...not been dusted in years. Sheets were clean, but out of curiosity we lifted the sheet up and the mattress underneath had crumbs & hair all over it. The kitchen was ill-equipped. We had nothing to wash the dishes with. Had to go buy our own toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Neighbors very loud. Woken up every night by loud music and people yelling in hallways. One night they had music cranked till 6am. No lift, so have to climb 90 stairs. Light in shower not work, so cant see at night. TV not work.  

  The apartment is on the 4th floor with steep stairs , so you have to be in shap in order to carry also your laggage . Location is very good and owner approach is nice and considered.
