This 2-room apartment is an ideal solution for a single person or a couple who want to explore Paris in comfort for an extended period, or who have business, or study needs for several months. The building has good security with a street-door code and a reinforced landing door. The minimum rental period is one month, and the typical period is three months. The rate is all-inclusive of taxes, utilities, heating (even in winter), and building charges. Tenants are expected to keep the apartment in good order and clean up at the end of their stay.
