In the bedroom are an 100-channel cable TV, a call-in cordless phone (call-out requires a phone card), and hi-speed Internet modem with a working PC. The dining room has a kitchenette incorporated, completely equipped with compact fridge/freezer, microwave with oven & grill functions, two ceramic halogen burners, washer/dryer, countertop machines, and active ventilation. This 2-room apartment is an ideal solution for a single person or a couple who want to explore Paris in comfort for an extended period, or who have business, or study needs for several months. The building has good security with a street-door code and a reinforced landing door. The minimum rental period is one month, and the typical period is three months. The rate is all-inclusive of taxes, utilities, heating (even in winter), and building charges. Tenants are expected to keep the apartment in good order and clean up at the end of their stay.
Note : The owner requires the payment of 30% of the remaining balance via Bank Transfer at reservation. If there is less than 15 days before the reservation and the arrival, the payement must be done the day of the arrival.
