A bed and breakfast in Paris, in a flat with 3 bedrooms, shared with the owner

A very beautiful location, tours de Vincennes, close to the plaza of the Nation, in the heart of East Paris, in the district 12 of Paris, close to the Vincennes forest. The apartment is situated on the 13rd floor of a modern high class building, with an exceptional view of Paris (from the living room you can see all of Paris, from the bedroom window there are views of Montmartre). The bedroom measures 13m² and is perfect for one or two people, with a double bed (futon bed of 140x190 cm), with a wardrobe, suit hanger, night tables and lamps. Upon previous request an additional mattress can be supplied for a child. The bedroom overlooks the Cours de Vicennes and is soundproof. During the day, you have access to the living room, where there is a space reserved in the refrigerator to store drinks and products. There is wireless Internet connection for guests with a laptop, or there is a house computer which may be used for checking emails. The bathroom is shared with the proprietor; the bath linens will be provided. Your host can prepare dinner if desired (especially on your arrival date, if you arrive late and do not wish to find a restaurant); traditional elaborate French food (14€ everything included). Your host may also pick you up at the airport (Orly
20€, Ch. d. G. 20€). The neighbourhood of the Nation is particularly good for public transportation: 3 metro stations: Nation, Porte de Vincennes and Picpus allow you to access the majority of the capital’s interesting neighbourhoods within 30 minutes. In sum, your stay will be truly Parisian.
