" Camera essenziale,mobili spartani,poca luce.Nell'hotel si stanno facendo lavori di ristrutturazione ( che stanno durando da mesi ) che hanno interferito con l'ospitalità (ascensore che si è rotto, rottura delle tubazioni dell'acqua che si è riversata lungo le scale e nella hall. Colazione essenziale"

"My room had hair on the shower walls, as well as on my pillow case. I asked if there was another room or if someone could come clean it. They gave me new sheets and said they would see what they could do. When I asked again later that day, the person at the front desk claimed they clean the rooms every day and was suddenly defensive about it. I just let it go, as I did not want to argue and was only going to be there for two nights. Eventually the worker came up and inspected the room and saw the hair for himself. He apologized, but did not clean it or send anyone to clean it. Basically nothing was done about it. This was probably the worst hotel service I've gotten ever."

"Die Lage am Platz der Republik ist günstig, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit"

"Unser Zimmer (555) war ohne Schrank, einem defekten Rollo am Fenster (zum Innenhof), ohne Klimaanlage mit defekten Lichtschaltern (man konnte hineinfassen), mit einer Ausstattung die an den "Charme der 60er Jahre" erinnert. Scharfe Kanten an den (gebrochenen) Fliesen im Bereich der Dusche. Es gibt keinen einzigen Stellplatz für ein KFZ. Man hat uns auf ein Parkhaus in der Nähe verwiesen, für den Preis von 22,34 Euro / Tag (nur für den Stellplatz!!!)."
