"Er was geen enkel stopcontact op de kamer, scheer stopcontact was stuk. Kon dus geen telefoon opladen. Geen douchegordijn. Ik had gevraagd om een kamer met twee aparte bedden, wij kregen een tweepersoonsbed. Gelukkig kon dit veranderd worden in een kamer met twee bedden. Bij de receptie was mijn wens niet bekend, dus...! Foutje van U?"
