"Cortesia del personale. Vicinanza al centro e ai servizi di trasporto pubblico."

"Pulizia della camera: copriletto e tende macchiate, moquette sporca. Stanza piccola e arredata in modo spartano, spazi molto ristretti. Rumorosità dei servizi igienici e pareti sottilissime. Gli asciugamani erano cambiati ogni giorno ma spesso macchiati!!! L'ultima mattina alle 9 siamo stati svegliati da rumori di trapano!!!"
