Especially Good Aspects of the Hotel
"The Hotel was really good and the staff were lovely. It was bright and clean in the reception area, and the lift system in place was really good and made us feel safe. The Hotel was near to shops, train station (step out back door of hotel), disneyland (2 mins on train), paris (30 mins on train) and the area has lots of places to eat out or take away to your hotel. Hotel was a great., would stay again. The service from All-Paris-Apartments.com were excellent , I had to change the date and they were extremely helpful and sorted out everything I needed. I would use them again and tell friends who were travelling to use them. Excellent company and customer service."
Aspects to Criticise
"The only minor problems were with the bathroom sink drainage, the water took ages to drain and the wardrobe doors, they would not open or close, so we could not hang up our clothes. We did not want to complain at the time as we were only there a few days and didn't want to move rooms, but it is something the hotel should look into, maintaining rooms, fixing little problems before there become great big ones. Maintaining rooms would improve this Hotel 100%, making it excellent."
