"de medewerkers van het hotel moeten hun administratie beter in order te hebben; de service aan de balie door de receptiemedewerker was slecht; we kregen de eerste nacht 2persoonskamer met 1 bed terwijl we een kamer met 2 aparte bedden hebben gereserveerd; het toilet in de kamer met 1 bed was erg vies waardoor we weer voor een andere kamer moesten vragen!hetzelfde baliemedewerker nam geen afscheid toen we weg gingen,hij heeft ons genegeerd!"

"Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Parkplatz wurde uns, wie versprochen, zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Fernseher war leider kaputt, aber der Rezeptionist war sehr bemüht, ihn wieder hinzukriegen, hat uns angeboten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, sich 100 Mal entschuldigt usw. Die Lage des Hotels ist TOP. Das macht alles wieder gut! Mitten in der City, für den Preis ist das gut. "

"Das Hotel müßte mal renoviert werden. Das Frühstück war mager: ein Brötchen, ein Croissant und nur Marmelade (Cornflakes, Kaffee und O-Saft). Okay, Franzosen sind auch keine großen Frühstücker :-P"
