      • You are given lots of useful and timely information about the flat and trip to Barcelona. It is easy to contact a knowledgeable and helpful person either by email or phone before and during your holiday. The staff are very friendly and keen to make sure your holiday is as good as possible. Being able to leave your luggage in the office is an excellent service.

      • The offers on this site are real, we did not have bad surprises as with www.v......com. The reservation extra taxes and comissioning can be modified to be a little lower than they are :-) .

      • when we encountered a problem by being alloted the wrong apartment on arrival. Oh Barcelona, as soon as they found out about the problem, got it sorted in a more than satisfactory manner both promptly and efficiently and we were upgraded to a superior apartment without incurring any extra costs.- Thank you OB.
