      • What I love about it is the friendly service, you feel part of the city which you don't feel when you stay at a hotel. I recommend it as an inexpensive and fun way to visit a wonderful city.

      • We were asked by the owner the full amount of rental which was €330, whereby we have already paid a deposit of €66. Hope you could investigate on this.


        Dear Customer, from Oh we thank you for your comments, and value your feedback. Both the owner and Oh have confirmed that the amount charged on arrival was wrong and we have already contacted you, the client to request your bank details to send to the owner, who will refund the said 66€.
        We would like to remind you that our Customer Service department is available 365 days a year, from 11h to 20h (CET) to solve any possible doubt and answer any questions our clients may have, before, during or after their stay .
