      • Both times I have booked through All Paris the service has been good. The financial side was efficient and communication in advance generally excellent. However, both times it was hard to contact the owners until just beforehand, which was difficult as we were travelling.

      • Due to my own mistake, I have booked two apartments and paid for the wrong one when booking a trip in Paris. Immediately, I contacted the service. Within 24 hours I has reply, confirmation of booking cancellation and money back onto my account. It was so fast ans do professional. Moreover, it gave me peace of mind I needed.Also, we were send some discount vouchers which were very practical as well as website service that we could download. The text message with helpline phone numbers were very good, too.
