"La pulizia delle camere lascia a desiderare, abbiamo trovato ragnantele in una camera, il parquet, rumoroso, manca di manutenzione e sarebbe da sostituire; la rete del divano letto non era sufficiente a sostenere il peso di due persone e si avvallava al centro, le stoviglie sono da sostituire. La posizione invece, è molto buona e si trova a pochi metri dal Metro e la zona non è rumorosa.
La persona di contatto dell'appartamento non è intervenuta a visionare, su nostro invito, il divano letto.
Siamo stati contattati e seguiti costantemente nelle fasi preliminari della prenotazione e dei pagamenti"

"We rented the appartment for 3 days. We were with 4 adults and 2 kids. The childeren loved the appartment, a lot of space and well equiped for 6 persons. Quiet neighbourhood, everything nearby: Metro, restaurants and supermarkets. I can recomment this typical French appartment to anybody. "

"Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist ein großer Pluspunkt.
Die Wohnung ist für Pariser Verhältnisse geräumig und für 5-6 Personen geeignet. Allerdings fehlen die Türen zum Wohnzimmer, das ebenfalls als Schlafplatz nutzbar ist. Das Einzelzimmer hat keine Fenster.
Die Ausstattung ist abgezählt und für 7 Personen ausgelegt. Ansonsten ist alles Nötige vorhanden.
Für Reisende mit dem Auto gibt es (außer im August) keine kostenlosen Parkplätze. Im ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernten Parkhaus muss man mit ca. 30 Euro pro Nacht rechnen. Auf der Straße werden regelmäßig die Parkscheine kontrolliert.
Morgens wurden wir regelmäßig von Bauarbeiten im Nachbarhaus geweckt, was sich in einer Großstadt sicherlich kaum vermeiden lässt. Wertsachen sollte man nicht in der Wohnung lassen - wir hatten einmal "unerwarteten Besuch", der einen Schlüssel zur Wohnung besaß. Jedoch kümmerte sich die Agentur sofort um das Problem.
Die Consierge ist auch sehr umsichtig und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen, da sie durch ihre Lage im Hinterhaus recht ruhig ist."

"l'ubicazione dell'appartamento non è centrale, ma la fermata della metropolitana è praticamente sotto casa e anche la fermata di piazza della repubblica è vicinissima. presenti anche diversi alimentari e pasticcerie. il palazzo è molto carino e anche sicuro (per entrare c'è bisogno di un codice), non ci sono stati problemi con il vicinato. "

"Schliessfach. Appartment war nicht gekennzeichnet, daher war es etwas schwierig in die Wohnung zu gelangen, da wir uns mit unserem eher mässigen Französisch erstmal durchfragen mussten.Allerdings konnte man die Koffer abstellen vor dem Check In und nach dem Check out. Das war sehr positiv "

"Tranquilo, calmo e bem localizado, próximo de estações de metro e comboio. Para quem quiser cozinhar está bem equipado, só poderia era ter uma máquina de lavar loiça. Também tem nas proximidades supermercados e padarias.
O quarto mais pequeno poderia ter um beliche e assim aproveitava-se a sala ao máximo."
