"El departamento es exactamente lo que se muestra. Es luminoso y bien ubicado. Está muy bien equipado. El wifi anda muy bien.
Las camas son básicas y pequeñas. Al departamento le faltaba una buena limpieza, la ropa de cama estaba toda desordenada y sin planchar el los placares y había bastantes cosas en ellos. Todo esto es mejorable pero le falta un buen orden y una buena limpieza.
La persona de contacto nunca la conocimos (siempre envió a "amigos") por lo que dudo si es un particular o una empresa. Es muy pero muy dificil de encontrar y los mails los responde con muchísimo retraso.
El baño es muy pequeño y con mucha humedad. Habían dejado trapos mojados con lo cual había un olor intenso.
En resumen, lo recomiendo si no te molesta hacer una buena limpieza al llegar (y si crees que esto corresponde según lo que se paga)"

"Very nice apartment, modern but preserving the original. Equipped with everything you need. Perfect location with metro, restaurants, bakery and supermarket all within a 100 meters. Still on a quit small street, the only noice being the metro trains passing underneath, but it did not disturb. Strongly recommended.
Perfect service on arrival, right on the agreed time."

"good & clean appartment, you can here the metro passing by but it didn't bother me. Contactperson was easy to reach and helped us out great when we had a problem with our train (thalys) to get back to Belgium!"

"There was plenty of sleeping area. The place was quite clean and all facilities worked.
The location was very convenient for shops, restaurants and the Metro but was quite noisy with neighbours and workmen making repairs etc.
The contact person S. was on time and freindly, but he did not give a receipt or change for the payment. He was then too busy to be there to handover the keys and return the deposit, which we felt was very bad service."

aside from the smalll problem of the water hearter that run out of hot water after short period of time daily - which we hope the owner will do something with it, otherwise, this is a great apartment with great furnishing and decor. nearby to metro, bakery, cafe,restn within walking distance. good security feature in the lift lobby of hte apartment as well as the apartment"

"This was a lovely little apartment that was close to everything. The Metro is only eigty metres up the street and there is a bakery on the corner and a supermarket just up the way. The apartment itself had everything, including an excellent coffee maker. We were completely delighted and S., the owner, was really great."
