Apartamentos vacacionales París: Moderno apartamento para 6

  El apartamento muy céntrico y cómodo, todo nuevo. Por poner alguna pega, la escalera y ascensor de casa antigua algo descuidado. El propietario muy amable. Muy recomendable.

  + Nice large sized 2 br apartment, modern decor+ Very well located in the centre of Paris, close to transport and airport line to CDG+ Friendly owner, very accommodating+ Good internet and satellite TV- Located on a pedestrian popular street meant that we could hear noise from the restaurants and ...bars downstairs. However, this died down by around midnight- Toilet 'room' was very small; bathroom required hanging space for towels- Apartment could benefit with a few more household items e.g. breakfast bowls, more cooking utensils, cutlery etc.Overall a nice place to stay.

  LO MEJOR : Situación. Amplitud del apartamento. Dueño muy amable, habla español y es serio, ningún problema con la fianza.A MEJORAR : Insonorización habitación que da a la calle. Mas utensilios de cocina. Decoración; no es acogedor; con unos posters con gusto y una alfombra sencilla y bonita ...mejoraría mucho. Limpieza y arreglo del portal, está muy abandonado. Con poco dinero puede mejorar mucho, yo lo haría. Muchas gracias !! 

  Wohnung zwar geräumig, modern und sauber, aber extreme Lärmbelästigung. Direkt über diversen Straßenkneipen und das bei Einfachverglasung. Trotz Ohropax keine Chance auf Schlaf! Mit Kindern oder gewünschter normaler Nachtruhe ab 24:00 nicht zu empfehlen.

  Sehr sauber, vorzüglich ausgestattet, super Lage, einfach genial. Paris lebt und auch das Quartier um die Wohnung daher ist es am Abend in der Gasse sehr laut. Neu Fenster würden den Komfort um ein vielfaches steigern. Ansonsten einfach Ohropax mitnehmen oder runter in das Restaurant sitzen. ...Einkaufsladen 150 Meter, Boulangerie 60 Meter, Restaurant gegenüber, RER und U-Bahn in 5 min erreichbar. Direkte Züge zum Flughafen GDC.Sehr zu empfehlen. 

  Good location for getting about Paris and very clean. However, front bedroom very noisy from street bars below.

  The apartment was quite good and in a convenient location near many restaurants and bars but the street below gets noisy at night. This can be bothersome if you have the windows open in the front bedroom (no air-con) but the other bedroom is quiet enough. The toilet is renovated but very cramped, ...although the separate bathroom is quite nice. The tv and wifi worked well and everything was nice and clean. Overall it was a good choice. 

  Great apartment surrounded by cafes. Amazing to be so close to Notre Dame and 2 mins from Hotel de Ville Metro. My family and I stayed here and thought it was great. Very clean apartment and R very helpful.Beware of noise from bar downstairs but you are in the centre of Paris.

  Lovely apartment, well-equipped and the owner is very helpful and friendly. Excellent location, very central and with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Only downside is the apartment is above a tapas bar which is very noisy, especially very early in the morning when they empty /recycle all ...the bottles! Freestanding aircon unit is also very noisy and you have to leave the window open to use it which increases noise from street below. 

  Recomendaría este apartamento a todas las personas exceptuando a familias con hijos muy pequeños, ya que es un piso muy céntrico y hay un ambiente nocturno estupendo y mucho ruido, y el ascensor es pequeño y las escaleras un poco incòmodas, si llevas un niño en brazos. Por lo demás , todo a ...un paso andando, y si se quiere ir lejos, muchas entradas de metro. Ambiente excelente y los propietarios del apartamento, educadísimos, profesionalesy atentos. Unas vacaciones de10. Ah!!, en París , la cañita más barata , a 6,5€. Si pides algo más grande 8,10,11€., sándwiches a 18-20€. Hay que reconocer que laCiudad se lo merece. Espectacular , exceptuando algunaZona de Monmartre, muy sucio, mucho trapicheo yha perdido elencanto de antaño. Resumiendo, las fotos son reales.  

  We would liked to have had "how to use " the alliance's explained to us. Everything was in French of course.The list of the property included air con and heating. We found neither. Also, a sauna. It looked like it was in one if the showers, tho there was a gas jet but the shower water ran on it.The ...most inportant thing was, I arrived with a killer migraine and J, the apartment owner was VERY sympathetic and understanding.. I was so so tearful for that. The unit was neat and well melt, tho some lights were not working and there were few new globes.Would we stay there again, or recommend it. Yes, we would. Access was easy and as I use a wheelchair that is important. 

  This apartment was indeed in a fantastic location. We travelled with kids so it was hard to sleep from all the noise from all the cafes and bars.

  Sehr zentral gelegen. Am Abend und am Morgen früh etwas laut, da direkt über einer Bar gelegen. Aber mit Oropax liess es sich gut aushalten. Würde dieses Apartment wieder buchen.

  close to everything, the metro and great restaurants. Walking distance to the Louvre and Notre Dame and historic places. R, the owner was so helpful and nothing was a problem for him.

  Logement très bien situé mais le mobilier présente quelques marques de vieillesse prématurée (qualité à revoir) et la salle d'eau n'est pas assez aérée. S'il est très bien agencé et très secure, il est très bruyant : pensez à faire poser du triple-vitrage !

  Great location near to shops, cafes, bars and metro. Clean and spacious.

  L'appartamento è situato in una zona ottima, dalla quale è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi metà. L'alloggio è stato confortevole e il proprietario altrettanto gentile e disponibile

  the entrance to the building is very neglected. The toilet is toooooo small. A space the kitchen cuttlery and ustensils are too basic for the price.

  Posizione ottima . Comodo alla metro e ai vari servizi. Lato negativo : troppo chiasso la sera fino a mezzanotte. Sotto l'appartamento ci sono , tra i vari locali, pub frequentati da giovani che restano a bere all'aperto fino a tardi.

  El propietario como la ubicación, excelentes. La unica pega, que es una zona con mucho ruido nocturno. .. Bastante...El piso está muy bien, bien amueblado y muy comodas las camas...
