"The apartment was clean and very convenient to the metro system, bus system, train station and taxi service. Plan on buying some supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and soap even if only staying in the apartment for a week. Had difficulty contacting the contact person for the apartment but All-Paris-Apartments.com was most helpful when I emailed my problem. Calling them directly did not result in much help because of the language barrier. Paying in cash for the apartment (in euros) was difficult because the ATM in Paris only would dispense $300 at a time. "

"Piacevole appartamento in zona tranquilla, comodo alla metro e ai servizi. Ben fornito per la prima colazione. Nelle vicinanze un supermercato a prezzi modici. Ricardo molto cortese e puntuale. Ci ha consigliato itinerari ed interessanti ristorantini tipici. Paris c'est magnifique!!! Speriamo di tornare presto naturalmente in questo bell'appartamento!"

"Perfect location in non-tourist area of Paris few minutes by metro or bus from the city centre. Perfect kichenette and good shop 1 min wolk from supermarket. Good living-room with a nice bedrooms with full dobleside beds. "

"The accommodation is very nice and has everything you need. I would have marked as excellent if it had been a little cleaner - could have done with a big spring clean as there was a lot of dust in the corners/under furniture. This was possibly made more noticable as we had children sleeping on the floor. I think the description should point out that you need to be able to climb a steep spiral staircase to access the appartment, not a problem for us but getting a big pushchair up was interesting!"

"This apartment was perfect! Clean, beautifull, looked exactly as the photo's. R. is a nice person, the appointments were correct, gave us information about restaurants, bus, metro etc. Location was good, quiet, a little walk to the metro, near by a bakery and supermarket.
I can recommand this apartment!"

"We found the apartment to be excellent. It was comfortable for our party of 6, clean, colorful and elegant. We loved the area. It was convenient to all parts of Paris and safe, with good food, but also authentic and far away ffrom the tourist areas. We were very satisfied. maybe add a vegetable peeler to the drawer and include a few more soap tablets for the dishwasher?"
