Les points importants
"This is the nicest three star hotel I have stayed in while visiting Paris. The staff were very nice. I am American but spoke only French with the hotel staff so I can't comment on the ability of the staff to deal with non-French speaking guests. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and I did not hear hardly any noise from other guests.The TV had great reception and there was free Wi-Fi in the room that also worked well. I appreciated the hair dryer and fan. The breakfast was very nice, served in the very nice old basement or "cave". The location is great- 15 minute walk to Monmartre, 15 minute walk to "les Grands Magasins" - Printemps, Galleries Lafayette, 10 minutes to Parc Monceau, and about 20 minutes to the Champs- Élysées. The Theatre Herbertot is across the street where I saw an excellent play. It was in French but this theatre is one of the few in Paris that sometimes has productions in English as well. This hotel, while not fancy, is safe and comfortable and a great value for the money. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Paris."
