"The apartment is small but very do able. The bathroom could use some upgrading but it served its purpose. The sofa bed is really compfortable, it is great quality. The bed in the room is an ikea version but it is nice enough. The location is right across the street from the subway and the apartment was fairly quiet. We didnt hear any outside noise but occasionally we could hear the neighbors. No elevator so have to carry luggage up steps. The staff was very helpful with accomodating us with arrival and departures."

"The apartment is small but nice, had everything advertised on the Internet. The minimum temperature in our time of vacation was 5 ° C and did not need to turn on the heating.
On television you can only see the French channels and some Arab channels, but the internet connection is fast and allowed us to watch news and movies in our language, spanish.
All days of our stay we saw the Eiffel tower, this was wonderful.
F was friendly and gave us some tourist tips.
One recommendation for the apartment owner could be put a non-slip mat in the bath.

"Location although good positionally, was incredibly noisy. Having never been to Paris and from the descriptions picturing a quiet small street I was disappointed to have 24hour traffic, metros, people from the street shouting at all hours. There is no a/c so one must leave the windows open when it is hot; this results in all sorts of smells; cigarette, restaurant and dirty street smells wafting in at all hours. There were 2 teaspoons only and a strange assortment of crockery although it did suffice. We were unaware of all the rules regarding use of the washing machine/dryer - use is only allowed between 9am and 2pm and a standard tiny (2.5kg) load takes 4 hours - more than one unit uses this machine so on two days we couldn't use it. The main bed is tiny; I wouldn't advise it if you are used to a Queen or King sized bed. Lighting is poor; being an old apartment, there are only floor lamps of low wattage. Internet was great. Although there are 2 huge TVs in such a tiny apartment; it is cable not satellite so only French channels; lovely if you are enriching your French, not so nice if you are wanting news in English. Access to the apartment is very difficult; there are 2 heavy security doors to get through - not easy with luggage; the tiniest lift I have ever seen - literally smaller than a fridge; and the stairs are in turret formations -very slippery narrow and do not allow more than one person at a time to ascend or descend. The shower did not work properly (bath/shower combo) - think the head may be blocked; but it was lovely to have the option of a bath. No soap was provided. It was good to be directly opposite the metro in some respects; however residents in the area did warn us about walking under it at night - we did witness a tourist being pick pocketed on this very line in broad daylight and a car in the next street had it's window smashed in for a petty theft; there were also some other unsavoury characters hanging around 20m from the front door; but I suppose that is to be expected in a big city. The having to pay cash upfront on arrival is a little inconvenient; it also means one has to wait for the manager before check-out to return ones deposit; having said that, he was lovely, friendly and punctual. Plus points - the owner has left maps and city info in the apartment, which was a great help. The cot was up and made up already on arrival as requested and there is a safe available. I would recommend this property for young singles who would spend most of their time out and about and also in Winter, when a/c would not be an issue."

"L'alloggio era piccolo ma molto pulito e completo di ogni accessorio, perfetto per una settimana a Parigi. La posizione era ottima, la fermata della metropolitana davanti casa, quartiere molto carino e a due passi dalla Tour Eiffel. Se dovessi tornare a Parigi di sicuro sceglierei quest'appartamento."
