"Eine sehr schöne helle Wohnung mit einer hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche! Ein wenig hellhörig und die Dielen knarren ziemlich, aber sonst wunderbar!! Nur wenige Meter entfernt die U7 (Chateau Landon), mit der man direkt fast alle touristisch frequentierten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Bäckerei mit frischen Croissants gleich um die Ecke. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit! Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Sehr nette Wohnung zentrumsnah nur ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Care d' Est. Sehr kleiner Fahrstuhl. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen und würden sie selber auch jederzeit wieder mieten.
Bäcker direkt 50m von der Wohnung entfernt. Andere kleinere Läden die auch abends noch geöffnet haben im Umkreis von 300 m zu erreichen.Wohnung ist hellhörig aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm. Wohnungsübergabe und Wohnungsabgabe völlig unkompliziert mit sehr netter Kontaktperson"

"Appart super, comme décrit. Seul petite critique, le bruit extérieur (école) et l'insonorisation relative du dessus et de la cage d'escalier. Enfin pour Paris, très bien! En ce qui concerne le service, j'ai du trouver moi meme l'appartement sur votre site. Quand j'ai envoyé mes critères à un employé, les propositions qui sont arrivées n'était pas franchement bonnes.
Pour le reste, très bien, rien à dire."

"En general, el alojamiento nos resultó satisfactorio. El apartamento era cómodo y bien calefaccionado, y poco ruidoso. Lo que sí hacía ruido era el piso de madera, cuando uno caminaba sobre él, y el baño era un poco reducido. La persona de contacto (L.M.) fue muy servicial con nosotros y nos ayudó con varios temas antes y durante nuestra estadía en París."

"Convenient location and very close to a metro station with a small but well located line that runs through most of the tourist attractions. Having said that, it is not the most scenic neighborhood in Paris. Apartment has all the essential and relatively large by Paris standards but the apartment could do with a good scrub."
